In 1989, designer and Artist's Union member Nikolay Belkov, founded the creative workshop «AGR». Belkov created the official icons of the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow, he and his associates were groundbreakers in the newly-born advertising market of the USSR. Experience and innovation set «AGR» apart from the competition. In 2000, «ARG» emerged with a new design studio, «ABC». The new design studio allowed ARG’s legacy of the best of classic design school skills and creativity to be offered to an ever-growing list of clients. By 2004, the rapidly changing business environment in Russia demanded a transformation and Natalia Belkova founded «4D PR». Short for «Business Communications Agency 4D», «4D PR» remains grounded in solid design and creative solutions. 4D PR is forward thinking, recognizing the appearance of new markets and working practices, and responding by extending its services and introducing new departments: Web, BTL, PR.
