EXPECTATIONS WHAT SETS US APART WE OVERCOME PRE-CONSTRUCTION SELLING CHALLENGES: Until Infill Hub created a pre-construction MLS®, it was impossible to find preconstruction and construction listings in one place. By creating a pre-construction MLS®, the Infill Hub Group has solved many problems faced by builders and buyers. Most people don’t know where to find pre-construction homes for sale because there is no central clearinghouse. Buyers must drive around neighborhoods searching for their dream home and builders are challenged to market high end infill homes to the right niche market. Infill Hub’s pre-construction MLS® easily connects buyers and builders before and during construction. Infill Hub Group provides “virtual tour” videos, detailing construction progress with updates on the App and web, to easily allow clients and potential buyers to track construction progress. INFILL HUB APPLICATION: We have developed a smartphone app to help Infill builders and buyers stay connected. The Infill Hub App features listings from Calgary’s best builders and lets buyers book showings of featured properties while on the go.
