About Kanopii O UR CO M PANY Founded in 2021 in Calgary, Canada, as a part of 3volution Group, Kanopii was created to eliminate the hassle of the middleman and ensure that irrespective of circumstance and lifestyle, everyone can find a well-suited destination through our robust catalogue of diverse rentals. In order to ensure that every stay is special and authentic, we are constantly working towards improving experiences for guests. KANOPII ADVENTURE Kanopii Adventure provides residents insight to all the best attractions, amenities and adventures that work geographically with all guest’s stays. Kanopii utilizes online sources to evaluate the best attractions and even gives a recommendation as well. KANOPII SCORE Kanopii Score is a scoring system that grades locations geographically based on local amenities, attractions, restaurants and recreation centres. This overall score is divided into four categories. These categories are food, activity, transportation and entertainment. The scoring system is graded based on the most important preference of the four options in order from the first to the last with more points given to the more popular options. This information is generated using Google as a source of reference for reviews, proximity and utilization. All guests are recommended to use this score to evaluate a host’s hospitality and accommodations.

RECORD YOUR STAY Kanopii encourages all guests to record their stay in order to receive a special gift. This incentive can be anything from a “Free Spa Day” to “Free Trips” to “Gift Cards”. This keeps guests involved in the overall growth of this platform and provides future guests with a look into what their potential stay/vacation may look like. This also allows guests to have a voice and provided trustworthy insight to a specific stay in a specific location. All contributed videos are audited and reviewed before being posted on Kanopii’s website and platform. UMBRELLA REVIEWS Kanopii includes a section called “Umbrella Reviews”, which is a trustworthy review platform of all the reviews from past clients. However, rather than the typical ‘1-5-star ratings’, Kanopii encourages guests to rate their stay from 1-10. Each guest who writes an Umbrella Review is also encouraged to give a recommendation for a local attraction, restaurant or amenity. This platform is also audited and reviewed before being posted on Kanopii. KANOPII GUIDE Kanopii Guide is a notification service that provides reminders to guests for anything scheduled before and during the stay.
