The survey helps us define the boundary of the property and location of utilities or other external elements.
The site plan is a bird’s eye view of your property that’s drawn to scale. It helps us understand the development code, and we use it to ensure that all aspects of the project are built according to code.
The permitting stage is when we present our development and site plan to the city to receive approval for beginning construction.
Financing is finalized and funds are forwarded to begin construction.
We begin constructing the home and keep you informed with updates about the progress.
Once construction nears an end, we begin to add finishing touches such as paint and appliances.
