“Pride of Ownership” is the foundation upon which Melcom Homes builds to create beautiful and inspiring homes for our clients, through services such as:

LAND ACQUISITION

Whether you already own a lot to build on or are looking for one, we can help make sure you maximize the use and value of your land.

SURVEY

The survey helps us define the boundary of the property and location of utilities or other external elements.

SITE, DEVELOPMENT, AND BUILDING PLAN

The site plan is a bird’s eye view of your property that’s drawn to scale. It helps us understand the development code, and we use it to ensure that all aspects of the project are built according to code.

INITIAL PERMITTING

The permitting stage is when we present our development and site plan to the city to receive approval for beginning construction.

FINANCING

Financing is finalized and funds are forwarded to begin construction.

CONSTRUCTION

We begin constructing the home and keep you informed with updates about the progress.

FINISHING

Once construction nears an end, we begin to add finishing touches such as paint and appliances.

OCCUPANCY

Your home is ready for you and your family to move in and make it yours.
