In 1980, our founding members, Gary, Tim, and Robert, formed Ervin Cable Construction doing TVRO installations, Cable TV design & engineering, as well as aerial and underground construction work all across Kentucky and Tennessee. 40 years later our founding members continue to provide leadership, direction, and vision to the ECC business that has now seen three generations of the Ervin family. This steadfast leadership and family centric approach has made ECC what it is today. We believe innovation accompanies repeated successful deployments while reinforcing a culture of continual improvement. Our 40 years of knowledge and experience combined with our ability to remain at the cutting edge of technology has proven to be a winning combination from analog to digital, electrical to light. Ervin Cable excels at solving unique problems and implementing new solutions for their clients. Since then, we have successfully built over 26,000 miles of FTTH to date. ECC is a full-service provider of construction, design, and engineering services to the telecommunications industry employing over 1000 people and in excess of 300 subcontractors. With a focus on quality and customer service, Ervin has successfully completed projects in 29 states.

BRAD ERVIN PRESIDENT
Brad has over 25 years of cable telecommunications experience in all aspects of construction. He has sixteen years management and supervisory experience with construction and upgrades of Hybrid Fiber Coaxial networks. He is also a Certified Master Electrician.
GARY ERVIN VICE PRESIDENT
Gary has over 40 years of experience in all phases of the telecommunications industry, having cofounded Ervin Cable in 1980. He has attended numerous SCTE and other industry training sessions, including digital networking, fiber optics and engineering. He managed the company for 27 years, overseeing day-to-day operations.

Tim has over 40 years of experience in the telecommunications industry after joining his brother, Gary Ervin. Tim was a key player in the early phases of fiber optic construction. He has had extensive training and experience in fiber optic construction in metropolitan areas.
ROBERT ERVIN DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Robert has over 40 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has completed several technical training courses pertaining to fiber optic networks. He has been the “underground specialist� on numerous major urban projects since 1990, having successfully completed each one on schedule. Robert was part owner, developer and engineer of multiple fiber optic networks in Kansas City, St. Louis, Minneapolis and Dallas.
