I often get asked, "What is Main Street?" or "How can I get involved?". So today, I wanted to take a few minutes and answer those questions. Main Street is a preservation-based, volunteer-driven approach to Commercial District revitalization. MainStreet DeLand is a 501(c)3 formed to support and enhance the continuing economic development of downtown DeLand while protecting its historical heritage. One of the best ways to learn more about it is to go to www.MainStreetDeLand.org. You can learn about us, find business resources, see our calendar of events, sign up for our weekly email blast, become a member, and more. How can I get involved? It's easy! Volunteering at events or on a committee is an excellent place to start. Almost every event will need your volunteer support. On our website or eblast, click on the event to sign up to volunteer or click on the volunteer button at the bottom of the home page.

Sign up for our weekly eblast, and follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. You can support MainStreet DeLand in a lot of different ways. Volunteer for a committee or event, become a member or sponsor, make a charitable donation.
