Long drawn out meetings, over thinking, over analysing and over talking is a strict no-no for us. If we were to talk about it in terms of tennis... We don’t grunt at every shot... But we silently put in all the effort till it is game, set, match! That means less noise but a loud impact.

Every milestone is just another step in the rest of the journey. We often say - “Close it”. What does that mean? It’s very easy to begin things but very difficult to journey it to a successful closure. A project or task is no good if it doesn’t complete.
