Design and construction Market demand analysis has allowed us to have greater insight into types and characteristics of products our customers require, and our design team has been trying to meet those demands accordingly. We use the most modern constructing software in the process of construction. It enables us to parametrically make changes on the product or its parts and to follow the effect of those changes live. THE FUTURE OF MOWING Lawn mowing is often a demanding task that requires a significant amount of time and energy spent. After a hard working week, the least of Your concerns should be spending an entire afternoon mowing the lawn. This is precisely the reason we have provided You with the Villybot™ robotic lawn mower. Villybot™ is an autonomous robot with the purpose of an autonomous lawn mowing, with minimal human assistance. What preceded the production of the Villybot™ robotic lawn mower was a perennial, developmental research process with the goal of creating a highly sophisticated, reliable, autonomous unit, which, on the other

hand, would be dependable and durable. During the developmental phase, special attention was given to user experience. The installation of Villybot™ robotic lawn mower is relatively simple. When handling for the first time, several simple instructions should be followed, such as distance from the lawn edge; minimal distance between perimeter lines; perimeter lines not crossing paths, etc. (more details in the User manual). Villybot™ robotic lawn mower moves at a random rectilinear path and is capable of mowing 120 m2 per hour of work. It operates on terrain slopes of up to 30°.

Villybot™ is equipped with sensors for rain and obstacle detection. In the case of rain detection, it takes itself back to the docking station (the docking station should be covered and protected from downfall since it is where the battery charging takes place as well). When approaching an obstacle, Villybot™ stops and searches for the ideal path in order to go around it (the producer’s recommendation is to remove all obstacles before operating). The perimeter line serves to mark the lawn edges, and begins and ends at the docking station. The maximum length of the perimeter line is 500 m.

Villager battery-powered lawn mowers are appropriate for mowing small and mid-sized lawns (the recommended mowing surface area is 250 m2). What characterizes them is the fact that they blend the advantages of electric and engine-powered lawn mowers, these mowers are ideal for being used in urban areas. AC induction motors, agility, low noise level, these are just some of the advantages inherited from electric lawn mowers. On the other hand, mobility and independence from the electric network, are the characteristics of engine-powered lawn mowers. Villager 40V Li-ion PowerTM batteries are equipped with Samsung cells monitored by an advanced electric controller that disables inadequate charging and discharging of battery cells. Villager battery-powered program of garden hand tools shares the same battery platform, based on Li-ion technology, with the voltage of 25.2 V and capacity of 2 Ah. The idea is to be able to propel all four devices with a single battery and charger.

BATTERY-POWERED GARDENERS Villager battery-powered sprayers VBS 16 and VBS 16 Li are already well-known devices, that have been present among the Villager assortment for a number of years. For the upcoming season of 2018, we have prepared redesigned versions of these two sprayers. With a whole new approach to industrial design, we have tried to emphasize the strength, robustness, and durability of these exquisite devices. Apart from the visual changes, we have prepared another, highly important addition in the form of a telescopic extension, with the purpose of expanding the spraying reach. Villager VBS 16 and VBS 16 Li are backpack sprayers of medium capacity designed for use on mid-sized surfaces. With a 16-liter tank and Li-ion or Ni-Cd battery, they provide great comfort while operating. Very quiet, no release of exhaust fumes, they are fit for use in enclosed areas, such as hothouses and greenhouses, although they are widely used in fruit-growing and gardening as well.

In order to make an informed choice when it comes to a lawn mower that meets your needs, you need to take into account the following three criteria:

The first important criterion in choosing a lawn mower is the size of the lawn you want to mow. Villager models of electric, battery-powered and light engine-powered lawn mowers for mowing small and mid-size lawns up to 800 m2. For mid-sized to large surfaces of up to 1500 m2, we recommend some of the models with a larger width (from 46 to 56 cm), with or without additional functions such as the collector or individual power supply. For large grass surfaces up to 5000 m2, we recommend one of the five tractor lawn mowers with a large number of attachment tools.

The second criterion is choosing the engine type that drives the lawn mower. If you have a small-surface lawn with not a lot of obstacles for an electric cable, then the right choice for you would be one of Villager electric lawn mowers. If you dislike the noise and the cables, and you have a smaller lawn, then the battery-powered lawn mowers are basically made for you. For larger and more demanding lawns we warmly recommend of one the engine-powered lawn mowers with fuel-driven engines. Our wide range of power trains, cutting widths and additional equipment will meet the needs of even the most demanding customers.

Most of Villager lawn mowers are equipped with a grass collector, and some of them also have a mulching set and swathe side discharge option. Therefore, it is of vital importance whether you want your lawn mower to collect the swathe, or use a special mulching set to turn the swathe into finest particles which then fall back onto the lawn. Thus you will get a healthy and resistant lawn. If swathe collection is not necessary, and the terrain where the maintained lawn is located is not an ideal one, then one of the powerful and robust Villager lawn mowers with the side discharge option is practically made for you.

If you cultivate smaller surfaces, hothouses or greenhouses while having access to power supply at any given time, then Villager electric cultivators are the perfect choice for you. If you plan to cultivate large outdoor surfaces, then we can offer you a wide range of fuel-driven cultivators with different power, equipment and width.

The intended use and the manner of use determine your choice to a great extent. If you plan to cultivate smaller, easily accessible surfaces - then cultivators without driven wheels and with smaller width are the right choice for you. If you are a serious agricultural producer and you plan to cultivate large surfaces which are not close to each other, we can offer you models of greater strength and width, with driven wheels, and equipped with several attachments.

The frequency of use of a cultivator is a very important criterion when purchasing one. If you plan to use it several times a season, then we recommend one of the "orange" series cultivators. On the other hand, if you are a professional who spends hours working with the cultivator, then you should opt for one of the powerful "black" edition cultivators. DEPTH AND HEIGHT

The first important criterion when purchasing a pump is whether you want a fuel-driven or electric drive. If you need a pump for household water supply, and you have no access to the water supply network, you should opt for an electric hydropack pump. If you need an irrigation pump, you can choose one of the fuel- driven or electric ones, depending on whether you have an access to the power supply and the water flow rate per hour you need. For wastewater disposal we recommend one of the electric submersible pumps.

Flow rate is a very important criterion, especially when it comes to agricultural production, since it determines the irrigation speed and thus determines the time and effort spent working. If you plan to irrigate a smaller surface while having access to power supply, you should consider purchasing an electric irrigation pump. If you, however, have no access to the power supply, please opt for a fuel-driven pump of smaller flow-rate. If you, on the other hand, irrigate a large surface and you need greater autonomy and mobility, then opt for one of the powerful four-stroke pumps of large capacity. Chose according to intended use.

It is very often that customers make a poor choice due to misunderstanding the difference between the depth of withdrawal and height of the water column. The water column is the sum of the depth of withdrawal of a pump and the height to which the water is brought by the pump.

SHREDDED BIOMASS

Your green oasis is the permanent source of biomass, which can be used in different ways with the help from Villager crushers. By crushing, you get the biomass of bigger diameter, which can be used for earth covering, for compost, and loam making. By doing this, you preserve the environment, and the soil gets back the nutritive sources without the use of artificial compost. Compost is the natural, organic mass, which originated by decomposition of organic matter due to air. Compost can be applied everywhere where the structure of the soil needs to be changed (for fruits, agriculture, horticulture, and other areas of use).

When you take care of your garden, many twigs, dry leaves, and branches pile up. Along with other plant remains, they annoy you, but they can be used to get some energy. Villager shredder can help toy to get rid of the biomass, because the cubic content becomes smaller when the biomass gets shredded. This biomass can be later used in making briquettes. Briquettes are made by applying pressure to small, shredded parts of wood without adding the cohesive elements. Briquettes can replace fossil fuels or wood, they are environment-healthy, and easier to use. Exhaust fumes emission is also lowered, and the greenhouse effect disappears.

VS 2400 S is equipped with a system of toothed cylinders which simultaneously chop and crush branches which makes the decomposition process in composting significantly faster.

VC 2500 is equipped with the system of cone-shaped blades which chop branches into tiniest bits. Thus produced biomass is convenient for making briquettes for heating.

What is compost and what is it used for? Compost is a plant-based matter in the decomposition process, which is used as a natural fertilizer. Compost has a very wide range of uses in the processes of organic good production.

The side chisel is convenient for branches of a larger diameter (up to 76 mm). It simultaneously cuts and crushes, thus making a biomass convenient for composting.

How does a chopping machine work? Branches meet a plate-shaped blade with 2 cutting edges. The chopping process is used in producing biomass of smaller granulation (convenient for producing briquettes).

How does a crushing machine work? Branches meet a cylinder-shaped blade with 8 cutting edges. The crushing process is used in producing biomass of larger granulation (conventing for producing compost).
