Konstantin Golovin (1954-2020)
Honored Artist of Ukraine.
1954 - born in the city of Zelenokumsk, Russia.
1977 - Graduated from the Herzen State Pedagogical Institute of Leningrad, Department of Graphic Arts.
Studied in artists’ studios: Honored Artist of the USSR L.V. Kabachek, Honored Artist of the USSR M.I. Kaneev and B.N. Kuznetsov. 1986 - joined the Union of Artists of the USSR, participating in 26 Union-wide and Republican exhibits(USSR).
Member of the board of the Nikolaev Organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
2008 - Artist is included in the Encyclopedia of Modern Ukraine (EMU).
Many of the artist’s works were purchased by the Ukrainian Ministry of Culture for the national museums.
2012 - By decree from the President of Ukraine for significant personal contribution to the development of national culture, long-term creative work and high professional workmanship, granted the title “Honored Artist of Ukraine.” The artist’s paintings are presented in museums and private collections.
