New Office and Showroom in Denmark Just before our summer holidays we moved into our new office and showroom in Denmark. We have designed the building and all the interiors ourselves, and we get a lot of attention and praise for the design, and for the functionality of the building. We tru-
ly enjoy the new facilities, and we are very proud of it all. It is a great working place and a wonderful abode for our assortment. The showroom is much larger than the previous, and has a nice and warm ambiance. We can only encourage you to drop by anytime.
Signatures and stamps are carefully added to the lease contract for our new factory. Our Project Manager, Mr Tony Fields (right), and our General Manager, Ms Nguyen Viet Huong (second right) are responsible for this very important venture.
Capacity Increase and New Factory in Vietnam Our factory in Vietnam, Response Vietnam Co., Ltd,. is now three years old. The current premises of 6,000 square metres cannot meet the increasing demand of our products, and after having been through three building extensions during the years, we have decided to move it all to a brand new factory of 18,000 sqm. The moving process has already started, and this week we start producing our metal components in the new premises. During the next couple of months we will gradually move production, and
by mid-October we finalize the moving process and reach our first output target of 15 containers per week. Currently, a 15-man Project Team is overlooking and conducting installation of advanced production equipment, new surface treatment facilities, and internal warehouses. At the same time they will be monitoring the construction of a large office/showroom building next to the factory. We now employ 400+ people in Vietnam.

FROST
A part of the project of setting up our new, bigger factory is also the establishment of our dedicated Product Development Lab. We are setting up a special factory-within -the-factory for production and testing of samples, and we have a team of six technicians and eight furniture carpenters ready. Even before this, we have been producing more than 700 samples annually, and we are now expanding capacity even further. That means that we also have the possibility to bring in more designers, and we are thrilled to announce the first cooperation with Rikke Frost. Rikke established her design studio in 2004, and has brought many successful designs to the market through co-operations with exciting companies like Actona, Trip Trap, Cane Line, and Bolia. We look forward to presenting quite a few of her new designs in September.

Ranges
Our designers from Says Who have made the Jersey Bedroom range, available in both oak and walnut
So far, Core One has focused on dining and living products, but suggestions from our largest customers have led us to develop bedroom furniture, too. First steps have been launches of two bedrooms as extensions to the existing dining room ranges, Calia and Jersey. The first very vintage-industrial, the latter very Scandinavian in its design.

New Dining Range by Says Who The very fruitful cooperation with Kasper and Nikolaj from the design team Says Who has produced a lot of great designs that we sell in more than 15 countries. The most recent pitch from the two industrious gentlemen is a slight move away from CoreOne’s traditional wood looks.
Inhouse Fair in Vietnam
CoreOne’s sales team will be in Vietnam from 3 to 8 September 2016 to present the new ranges to our many visiting customers. The product presentations will take place in our old premises, but we would be pleased to show you the new factory also at the same occasion. The drive is only 8km - in easy traffic, even!
