Community Advisory Committee 2014 Committee Charter (revised: March 2014) Purpose: The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) has responsibility for providing broad-based feedback and input from a community standpoint to the Healthcare Collaborative of Greater Columbus (HCGC) on its strategic plan of action and to provide assistance as requested. Objectives:  Share learning from current HCGCprojects and receive guidance from committee.  Host discussion for members to share learning from their organization’s current work. Meeting Frequency:

First Wednesday of February, March, April, May, June, September, October, November, and December from 8:30-10:00AM Columbus Public Health, 240 Parsons Avenue, Room 119D
