Community Advisory Committee 2014 Committee Charter (revised: June 2014) Purpose: The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) has responsibility for providing broad-based feedback and input from a community standpoint to the Healthcare Collaborative of Greater Columbus (HCGC) on its strategic plan of action and to provide assistance as requested.
