1 “Ali: Mirza of Jhelum and Mas”ud ‘Ah:mad of Carachi/Karachi both agree that Divine Essence =Deity can exist in some Places /Spaces. But they both deny that Divine Essence [Dha:tul Ba:ri:] Existeth in all Spaces/Places. That is the reason the both sectarian leaders believe that “Ma”iah” [Withness] and nearness [Qurb] are Essential Attributes Of Deity. Now we question both of them theoretically and academically [since Mas”u:d ‘Ah:mad is not alive] that If it is Possible for God/Deity to exist in some spaces/places then it is also possible for Deity \God =Divine Essence, to be existed in all Spaces/Places. To claim that it is Impossible for the Divine Essence to be Existed in All Spaces \All Places but it is Possible for the Divine Essence in Some Places/Spaces is it self an Impossible and Absurd Claim. Now if it is Possible and Contingent for the Divine Essence Namely/Nounly ‘ALL-H [SVT] to be Existed in All Spaces /All Places then the reason that Divine Essence is Present [is Existed (Divine Essence Existeth)] in Some Places/Spaces and not Present [is Not Existed (Divine Essence Doeth Not Existeth)]in some Places/Spaces can only be Religious [Sh-r”i:] and not Rational [“Aqli:]. Now if this is the case then burden of Proof that Divine Essence Doeth not Exist at Each and Every Space/Place is on Mr “Ali: Mirza: Of Jhelum the Apostate Engineer of Panjab. Since those who argue in favour of Omnipresence and Omni-Existence of Divine Essence argue on the basis of generalization [“-mu:m]of certain words of certain Sentences [Verses] of Holy Qur’a:n. So any particularization [Takh:s:i:s:] of them requires Religious Proof an not Rational Proof , Since if the Rational Proofs [‘Ad Dala:’il’Al “Aqliah] are correct then they imply that Divine Essence is Beyond Each and Every Space and Place. And this implies that So Exist in Every Space/Place [toExist in All Spaces/Places]and to Exist in some Spaces /Places both are Equally Impossible and Absurd. So if this Apostate Engineer does not accept the Rational Proofs and Rational Arguments then the whole discussion is only based on Qur’a:n and ‘Ah:a:di:th: . So the Burden of Proof is Upon The Engineer “Ali Mirza: Of Jhelum. Points to be noted: 1] Engineer “Ali Mirza: believes that Divine Essence is Mustavi Upon “Arsh [Throne] . The word Mustavi means one that is Above since ‘Istiva:’ means “-LV meaning Above , Ascend. Istiva:’ IN THIS MEANING does not imply Space/Place. 2] If It is proved that Divine Essence is Present in some Spaces/Places by Religious Proofs and Religious Arguments it is not implied Deity[Divine Essence] is Not Present in Some Spaces/Places. So if there are some Religious Proofs that Divine Essence is Present/Existed in Some Spaces/Places then they cannot be used to prove that Divine Essence is not Present /Existed in Some Places/Spaces.

2 In Simple form Some does not Imply Not All. 3] Rational Proofs Imply that Divine Essence Existeth Only Its Own Self i.e Divine Essience Existeth and Subsisteth in It Self. As Divine Essence is not All Places/Spaces and Divine Essence is Not Some Spaces/Places this implieth that each and every Space/Place is Distinct and Separate From Divine Essence . This implies that ‘Istiva:’ is consistent and compatible with Separation and Beyondness and Doeth not Imply that Divine Essence is Existed /Present in some Spaces/Places. 4] If Engineer “Ali: Mirza: claims that ‘Istiva:’ means Sitting [J-LU:S] then if Divine ‘Istiva:’ [Divine Sitting] is possible on “Arsh then it is Possible to each and every Farsh. A Possibility to Sit on one Creation implies a Possibility to Sit on every Creation. Even it is possible on the Heretic Head of any Heretic , certainly not excluding the Engineer himself. If the Apostate Engineer does not consider himself as Heretic even then he has to admit that Divine Sitting is Possible on the Head of each and every Person including the Engineer himself. Since at best he can deny that he is Heretic but he cannot deny that he is a Person, and every Human Being is a Person [Sh-kh:s:]. So in this case the Engineer is compelled to Accept some thing which even he cannot accept.
A CONUNDRUM FOR THE ENGINEER OF JHELUM. If Divine Essence is Existed/Present in Some Spaces/Places then the question is whether these Places or Spaces or both are Creations and Creature of Divine Essence or they are Uncreated. If Uncreated then These Places and Spaces are implied to be Divine Essence or Divine Attributes. But No Space/Place is a Divine Essence and No Space/Place is a Divine Attribute. So If Engineer “Ali Mirza: accepts that Some Places /Spaces are either Divine Essence or Divine Attribute or both then His Heresy is exposed. If He says that THAT Some Spaces and Places are Created then it implieth that According to him Divine Essence Can Exist atleast in Some Created Spaces and Created Places. If so then Engineer’s Heresy is once again Exposed.
