Projects Description: The project proposal was assigned to me during the initial stages, encompassing tasks such as plan creation, circulation design, access pathways, and 3D modeling. The project was meticulously prepared under the guidance of the Principal Architect. The project involves an eightstory building extension to the existing school. It includes 27 new classrooms, an administration floor, six teachers’ rooms, various student facilities, and an auditorium. The building is envisioned as an iconic architectural structure, representing the new face of the school, which is located in the visual radius of the recently inaugurated Terminal 3 Airport..

Projects Description: Situated adjacent to the new Answar Barrack compound in Irhal Colony, the twostory DESCO substation has been meticulously planned. The initial floor layout adheres to the standard requirements of a DESCO substation, while also incorporating subtle architectural enhancements that beautifully complement its additional functionality on the first floor. The project was supervised by the principal architect of the iNArch Team.

Projects Description: The primary entryway consists of a bridge-gate spanning the canal, connecting the newly developed CAAB Residential area. This bridge-gate is thoughtfully designed, featuring a dedicated pedestrian walkway, which includes an underpass with an interlocking cycling track, as well as a scenic jogging track along the lakeside.

Projects Description: The Bangladesh Navy commissioned this project to create an officers’ club that offers hotel-like accommodation, a convention hall, commercial spaces, and restaurants. The design features a basement parking area, five stories of commercial floors, and an eight-story residential twin tower. A distinctive aspect of the design is the vertical green pavilion, which aims to become a new landmark structure. The proposal presented here represents the preliminary design stage, where floor plans and architectural working drawings was prepared in collaboration with the iNArch Team.

Projects Description: The Bangladesh Navy commissioned this project to create a Ladies’ club that accommodates the president’s office, advisors’ offices, meeting rooms, and a multipurpose hall. The project details and 3D work were supervised by the principal architect of the iNArch team. The threestory building is situated in the heart of the Bangladesh Navy Headquarters, adjacent to the swimming pool. The roof structure, shading devices, and louvers give the facade a distinctive architectural character.

Projects Description: The proposed design draws inspiration from Bangladesh’s brick architecture style and incorporates geometric arrangements reminiscent of the National Parliament of Bangladesh. The fourstory masjid structure can comfortably accommodate 3000 to 4000 people, considering spill-over areas. The design features a dome adorned with Islamic geometric patterns within a skeletal structure. Delicately planned floor layouts consider site constraints, offering a welcoming entrance, spacious accessways, and level spaces with green open gardens. The prominent minaret, gracefully curved staircases, and brick openings contribute to the uniqueness of its architectural form.

Projects Description: The project is commisioned to remodel and extend the existing two-story Masjid Structure. Inspired by Mughal mosque architecture, the design incorporates large arches, an open courtyard, and surrounding pavilions. The redesigned four-story masjid accommodates 5500 to 6500 worshippers, considering spill-over areas. A modern touch is introduced through a unique skeletal dome adorned with geometric patterns. Two minarets, a grand central archway entrance, an additional northern structure, and carefully planned elevation features enhance the existing unbalanced structure into the symmetrical design.

Projects Description: The commissioned project aims to reconstruct the Bangladesh Navy Headquarters (HQ) masjid, infusing it with contemporary Islamic architecture while symbolizing the force of the sea. The masjid’s design metaphorically resembles a floating vessel, mirroring the Navy’s connection to the sea. The minaret, rising elegantly from the masjid, embodies strength and authority. Its shape subtly echoes that of a sword—an emblem of the Navy’s might and purpose. The proposed three-story masjid accommodates 1500 to 2000 worshippers, allowing for overflow during peak times. The proposed masjid seamlessly blends traditional elements—such as arches, geometric-patterned mashrabias, and a khufi stamp as the mehrah—with innovative features, including an integrated combination of green spaces and thoughtful circulation pathways.

Projects Description: The proposed 12-story mixed-use commercial building stands prominently on an exclusive corner lot in the Bashundhara Riverview area. The Star Shopping Complex, a new landmark, features five stories of commercial space, including a rooftop restaurant on the fifth floor. Above the commercial section, six stories of rentable office space provide ample room for businesses. The luxurious appearance of the complex is enhanced by its staggered floor layout, creating gradual green garden pockets. Lighting strips accentuate its design features, while an advertising screen adds a modern touch. The balanced combination of glass and concrete, along with horizontal shading devices on the office floors, contributes to the overall elegance of the structure. The design is overseen by the principal architect of the iNArch team.

Projects Description: Situated on a 5-katha plot of land in Meherpur, the proposed 6-story hospital building boasts a carefully crafted design that exudes a luxurious commercial aesthetic. The layout takes into account the strategic placement of laboratories, patient wards, and doctors’ chambers. The facade, choreographed with a mix of exposed concrete, brick walls, and curtain glass panels, radiates prestige. The project received meticulous supervision from the principal architect of the iNArch team.

Projects Description: The masterplan project covers nearly 221 acres of land along the DhakaMymenshingh highway, strategically situated opposite Shahjalal International Airport. It encompasses several key elements, including the allocation of the first heliport site and the redevelopment of the CAAB colony into a carefully zoned CAAB residential area. Notably, the masterplan incorporates a well-designed canal to redirect existing water collection areas. The primary vehicular access route runs parallel to the highway, connecting the new CAAB Residential Area. This access way features pedestrian walkways, a cycling track, and an approximately seven-kilometer-long lakeside jogging track encircling the canal. The masterplan project is a collaborative effort by the iNArch architect team under the supervision of the principal architect.

Projects Description: The proposed landscape design is part of the new Vurendra University campus in Rajshahi. It involves transforming an existing one-story structure at the rear of the administration building into a cafeteria with dining facilities. The design incorporates a combination of hardscape and softscape, creating a space where students can feel peace, study, hang out, gather, and engage in various activities while enjoying their meals and caffeine. Additionally, the design includes a converted stage, an open area for festive activities, seating under trees, and shaded canopies. The design aims to create a joyful environment with abundant green spaces for students, staff, and faculty. It serves as a place of relaxation, allowing them to unwind and relieve stress after their demanding academic activities.

Projects Description: The Bangladesh Navy Family Welfare Association (BNFWA) office building, centrally located in Dhaka, is poised to be a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics. It comprises two distinct zones: one dedicated to the president’s office and its supporting facilities, and the other for association-related functions. Our design seamlessly integrates materials, exquisite fixtures, diffused lighting, art, and carefully selected furniture. Key spaces include the president’s office, vice-president’s office, treasurer and secretaries’ offices, conference halls, meeting rooms, a classroom, and counseling rooms.
