AN INTEGRATED MRT HUB TO RECREATE PUBLIC AMENITIES FARMGATE, DHAKA BANGLADESH The thesis attempts to highlight a new typology and landmark in Dhaka to re-flourish urban lifestyle as the proposed is one of the few green space and recreational park available for Farmgate community. The design integrates MRT Station with Communal Hall, Commercial spaces, Recreational Park and other public facilities. Dowel, the national bird of Bangladesh symbolizes the concept development of the MRT Trans-Park project. The designed specializes innovative structural system with a hanging platform system to maximize the usages of open spaces.

Transportation systems in Dhaka have many shortcomings

VERTICAL KAMPUNG | PPAM RESIDENTIAL HIGHRISE PRESINT 18, PUTRAJAYA MALAYSIA The Putra Garden Village apartment is PPAM residential highrise in Putrajaya, Malaysia as low cost housing apartment with the concept of vertical village to recreate peaceful communal essence of village (kampung) life.The residential tower standing 120 meters tall offers a unique response to its location that entwines green nature with urban life located at presint 18, Putrajaya.

The Putra Garden Village residence is located in the heart of Putrajaya city which is designed to accomodate the civil servents to by recreating the emotion as living in a lovely peaceful village. The design has derived to its concepts through the best suitability of the site. The idea is to create a strong interconnecting community to flash back the old social life values and traditions of malay culture. The design also promotes green and integration of nature as well sustainable design considerations to promote regenerative energy features.

AN EXTENSION & RENOVATION PROJECT IN COLLABORATION WITH SMA, MKA & WTC KOTA BHARU , KELANTAN MALAYSIA The SULTAN ISMAIL PETRA AIRPORT in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, Malaysia is an extension and renovation project under Government of Malaysia in collaboration with Surea Mamat Architect and two other entities. Where i was specificly in charge exterior facade design supervised by Ar. Surea Mamat including working drawing, 3D model making, Graphic render and 3d animation video.The design has been approved and in progress for construction.

THE CAMPUS ART AND DESIGN INNOVATION UNIVERSITY BACHOK, KELANTAN MALAYSIA A new masterplan for Campus Art and Design Innovation University located at Bachok, Kelantan is inspired by ‘Wau Puyuh’ a well known traditional kite that originated from Kelantan itself. The unique feature of the design is it elevated campus providing open ground connecting spaces for students and seperating all the services and vehicular service below at ground level. The design is approached with sustainable features including solar park, rainwater harvesting and so on.

MADINATUL AL-RIADHAH SPORTS COMPLEX PASIR PUTEH, KELANTAN MALAYSIA A new proposed masterplan for sports complex named Madinatul Al-Riadhah located at Pasir Puteh, Kelantan. The project was designed in a team of four designers of Surea Mamat Architect in cooperation with Wanland Metro Sdn. bhd. The sport complex compiles of several indoor and outdoor facilities. The major portion of my responsibity was the design of centre indoor stadium, hockey stadium, Multipurpose complex; render work, and 3D animation.

Dar Al Mutaqaidin is future retirement housing project for sustainable living for senior cittizens. Re-creation of lively environment for ageing community that supports their ageing process with innovative approach to enhance the life pace. The concept of Ikigai (value of life) is motivated the development of the design. One of the unique feature of the design is its Autonomas Mobile System and connecting Boardwalk.

ARCASIA SUMMER PROGRAM 2019, MALAYSIA The design project was proposed under Arcasia Summer Program. The group worked under Asian inter-cultural workshop. The design development highlights the existing heritage building in its design consideration with the tropical design features, The roof structure is an innovative feature of the project. The design responses to its site features by immersing in the visitors facilities to river in-front and hill at the back.

MASJID BANDAR BARU PASIR MAS

A NEW LANDMARK AT PASIR MAS IN CONCEPT OF COMTEMPORAY ISLAMIC ARCHITECTURE

DAERAH GUAL PERIOK, KELANTAN MALAYSIA

The proposed mosque is designed to be the main district mosque of pasir mas. The Masjid Pasir Mas is considered exceptional for its refined proportions and the subdued yet exquisite decorations. The facade of the masjid features Ablaq stonework like in ezyptian mosques with the modern materials like steel concrete and brass: it is often cited as the apogee of Mamluk dome design in Cairo due to its complex islamic-carved decorative pattern, which features a central geometric star radiating from the apex of the dome and an arabesque floral design which are superimposed and enhanced by natural shadows. The site planning is masjid if done with consideration of relax activities and various religious events as well as small weddings. All together creates a very cheerful environment surround the masjid which is very important in a religious society.

THE MOSQUE DESIGNED FOR CADIU MASTERPLAN BACHOK, KELANTAN MALAYSIA The Mosque named ‘Masjid At Tholiq’ is an iconic centre of the Campus of Art and Design Innovation University (CADIU). The concept of the mosque was taken from the significant element of the local culture named ‘Wau Bulan’. The overall design response to the town of Bachok which demand the new university campus for local community as well as a new landmark of Bachok town.

ASIA ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN THAILAND

YALA, THAILAND A proposal design for Asia Islamic University of Southern Thailand located at Yala. The datum of the design concept is the Qiblat Walkway, centred connecting way facing the existing Mosque in the site. The design inspired from the local culture and historical value from the Southern Thailand. The design was completed in a group of five under Advance Arctitectural Design Studio course at IIUM.

PROPOSED AIRPORT DESIGN RENOVATION AND EXTENSION KOTA KINABALU, SABAH, MALAYSIA

A proposal design for Kota KInabalu International Airport. The design idea is concept-ed by its previous architect. Later the design was initialized and detailed up via 3D modeling under authorization of Surea Mamat Architect. I was incharge of design modification proposals, 3D modeling and render work in a team of two designers.

PULAU PINANG, MALAYSIA An Enterior and Interior design proposal for Surau Residensi Seri Pauh at the island of Pinang. I was offered the jobscope to produced the proposed design for the Surau. It included 3D model making of the overall structure, detail 3D design, drawing and render work.

PROPOSED INTERIOR DESIGN FOR A TRI-STORY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING KUANTAN, MALAYSIA Interior design proposal for semi detached tri-storey residencial building. The design idea was reflect rich, modern and milimalist design. The interior design was intialized and detailed up via 3D modeling using BIM software. The project design was completed with layout plans, elevations, 3D modeling and render work under supervision of Ar. Surea Mamat.
