ABOUT ME I am a lebanese architecture student, born in Doha, Qatar, the 31st of December 1995. I'm living now in Tyre,Lebanon, the exact address being the main Road of Al-Mansouri village, near the village main clinic. My passion to the design industry started when I first learned multiple design softwares and explored the real meaning of Architectural design during my studies in Beirut Arab University. I am an ambitious person whose vision is to always work hard to find sustainable solutions for every building that I work or plan to work on. My greatest challenge is to boost and reinforce any success I make by making more. I am married to my agenda and my notes don't stop everytime I face new Ideas. I believe I am a successful person; In love with everything new that I encounter, learning it the fastest and more professional way possible. 2

Restoration of FAIROUZ'S House Location: Zokak El Blat, Beirut, Lebanon Typology: Cultural Theme:

Reviving the Fairouzian Culture

Size:

2,936 m2

Fairouz is one of the most known Lebanese singers of all time. A building reviving all her "culture" should have a strong connection with Fairouz as an Icon. Hence the idea of turning her old house into a museum with a collection of her works, songs, and collectibles. A house is "Beit" in arabic; The project is entitled Museum of Beit Fairouz. The main idea was to preserve the visitors visual connection with the three floors residence, and to construct a main concrete wall that attracts the visitors to the facility. A main museum piazza is located on the northern side. The Facility have an auditorium along with the exhibition spaces located inside and in the adjacent house. People can take a rest in the cafeteria overlooking the central courtyard. The circulation of the visitors is realized through ramps from one space to the other arriving to the exhibition of the artifacts before exiting the museum. Indirect lighting through a special roof skylight system is used in the exhibition spaces. The journey in this museum is one of a kind.

Business COMPLEX Location: Verdun,Beirut, Lebanon Typology: Residential/Commercial Theme:

Conecting people together into one facility

Size:

40,142 m2

In the heart of Verdun, near a huge centre called the Concorde, the business complex, as an iconic landmark in Beirut is designed with 40,142 m2 of total surface area. The sustainable digital approach for the main design and the balanced functional and aesthetic issues develop a property that meets the needs of the guests, staff, and the owner. The two main masses of this project are connected through the ground, first, and eighth floor. The main concept was to visually and physically connect both virtual zones of the site through multiple floors. Visitors can access all the functions without interruption of vehicles. They can enter the hotel, coffe shops, restaurants, retail shops and ancillary rooms before heading to their meetings in the business center or their rooms in the hotel. A relaxation and a fitness zone along with a health club are present on the second floor with an extraordinary view to the outside. An even more charming perspective reside on the 21st floor where the observatory belongs. The restaurant and the swimming pool are ones of a kind !

The BOX Residence Location: Jwayya, Tyre-Lebanon Typology: Residential Theme:

Integrated Sustainable private Living

Size:

513 m2

On a land located on a small hill in the heart of Jwayya, one of Lebanon's most known southern villages, the client's request was a summer house including all the facilities for him and his three children. The idea was to generate a design that includes three main elements and that has three main materials. The two white boxes are merged with a concrete mass. Curtains are used for a wider view of the valley and wood is merged with paint to create the feeling of the land. This sustainable villa, with its solar power cylinders used on the roofs, is a place for all the members of the family; The parents, a businessman and his wife, can enjoy the sunrise at their balcony with their own private living room. The children can access the pool by going down the interior stairs through changing and shower rooms. The whole bbasement is dedicated for them including an entertainment room with a dining table. Storage spaces are a must in this floor. Finally, even though this villa is a summer house, the landscape includes a fireplace and a garden.

Sodeco Public LIBRARY Location: Sodeco, Beirut, Lebanon Typology: Educational Theme:

The future of information spreading

Size:

8618 m2

This public library is the answer to the question: What is the future of libraries nowadays? The concept standing behind the design was generated around one word; knowledge. Spreading and exchanging knowledge to surrounding communities and the reflection of these communities on the design of the building are step one. Step two is taking into consideration the different cultures of Beirut and the lebanese community in the design process. The result is an interaction zone where all the cultures meet and exchange information and knowledge. Book delivery is accomplisehd using Drones on the roof that interact visually with the visitors that access the building from the north through the amphitheatre, or that enter the building and access its roof. Dancing columns are a great emphasis on the north. They hold the two slab mass along with the steel trusses. The library is an icon in the sodeco area.

Public Park Location: Sayda , Lebanon Typology: Recreational Theme:

A Journey through Sayda's historical buildings

Size:

16600 m2

Sayda is one of the oldest cities in the history and a place where hundreds of civilizations passed by. As every civilization inhabited Sayda, it left behind tenth and hundreds of buildings that remained through the history until this day. As Sayda’ s population does not fully recognize this history,I introduced through this design of the park, five of the most important and most known historical buildings present in Sayda and its atmosphere. Using special features and attractive pavilions installed all the way through the park from the entrance till the last pavilion, I achived an amused journey along the site called a journey through sayda’s historical buildings. I started the design with an inspiration of the hill of murex in Sayda where we used the murex shell as a base for our design.

Exhibition Center of Material Technology

Exhibition Center of Material Technology Location: Dbayeh , Lebanon Typology: Commercial Theme:

The art of exhibitions

Size:

2240 m2

With time, exhibition of pieces, technology, cars, food, materials, clothes, etc.. is becoming more advanced, especially with the introduction of the virtual reality techniques. Dbayeh, is a big introducer of the exhibition buildings and big companies and hereby the exhibition center is focused on the material technology. The idea of the expo center started from the generation of the light, its base and the Prisme itself where the concept has been born. The triangle is the main geometry of the building solving its three angles to formulate the entrance, the lobby spaces, and the electromechanical services. The main exhibition hall is located in the center. The journey of the visitors continue to the upper floors by means of stairs to arrive to a big terrace where they can have a drink on a sunny day or at night where the building shows off itself by its magnificient design.
