This center used to provides treatment of rheumatic diseases, back pain, bone diseases & physiotherapy for several diseases. The natural medicine of sulfur is treated by “kabritaj” pure water & “tamy”. Role: Layout Urban Design, Buildings Architecture Design, Modeling, Visualization

Concept The Main feature a Health Touristic Complex needs is an enviroment of relaxation for the Individuals, this type of enviroment wasnâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t availabe in the surrounding context. So, I Created it inside the Project through a green spine making the project an introvert one.

This project was the 2nd phase of â&#x20AC;&#x153;Mamsha Ahl-Masrâ&#x20AC;?, Renovating the nilefront starting from Qasr Al-Nile Bridge to Al-Sahel Bridge. Role: Landscape Design, Modeling, Visualization.

The Piazza lies in Downtown District at New Al-Alamein City, It acts as a bridge between the two sides of Downtown Buildings, I had the pleasure designing the shading units, and making the Visualization of it. Role: Shading Units Design, Design Development, Modeling, Visualization.

This Project was a submission for the Barbara Cappochin Competition, It involves the 1st Phase of Nile Kornish Renovation. Role: Board Presentation, Plans watercolor Presentation.

Maspero Residential towers lies at the Maspero Triangle overlooing the 15 May Bridge from one side, It consists of 2 mirrored train Towers, and 2 standalone towers. Includes more than a thousand unit. Role:Design Development, Working Drawings, Revision Co-ordination,BOQ schedules. 28

A College Project I did in my 3rd year of Architecture school that I had it presented in watercolor back then, I took to 3dsmax and started working on texturing, lighting and Re-modeling some new parts.

Elibre Projects

Elibre Projects is a group of 3 projects that was made as a Skills test for a Job Interview, The test was to create 3 different proposals for a Floating Sea buisness City. Role: Design, Modeling, Presentation.

Achieving sustainable & interactive design which combines Architecture, Technology & Society.

Inspired by The Jelly Fish Anatomy, The design starts with the main shell at the very top which resembles the envelope that incloses the whole tower. Secondly, the sub structure that carries the shell body, followed by the core which acts as the stem ( Main Structure ) of the tower carring the arms which connects the store units with the core.

. A Curvilinear Podium mass was added to the design acting as the tower base. In Addition to a series of bridges that links the towers together.

The Threshold

The Project site lies North of Egypt, in El Behera,Rashid city on the Nile Corniche. Rosetta is located at south latitude 28° 35’ and at longitude 34° 31’, 65 km east of Alexandria and 55 km from Damanhour, the capital of Al-Beheira Governorate. The Site lies at the North entrance of the city. The site lies at the North entrance of the city and overlooks The nile from the east side, but with indirect access to it ,and has a view of the Agricultural lands from the north. On the other side, From the south the site is surrounded with open land ,then the city buildings start to take place. 53

The Threshold

CONCEPT

Rosetta has been through too many ups and downs along its history. for example, during The Ottoman Period , In The sixteenth , seventeenth and the eighteenth century Rosetta had A great flourishing period, The city then has witnessed great periods of economic and cultural development since the middle ages. Then, when the capital was moved from Alexandria to Al-Fustat, Rosetta gradually started losing its presence on Egypt map. 55

CONCEPT

So, the project Idea is to mainly take the modern rashid visiotr into a journey through Rashidâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s History and ti hrough its Ups and Downs,before visiting the remaining historical buildings of the city. The visitor should be first introduced probably to rashidâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s history and heritage, before, visiting the historical site inorder to recogonize how important the city was in the past.

ELEVATION TREATMENT

Rashid owns numerous multi-floor settlements which date back to Eighteenth century. The majority of these houses are compounded in Dehliz el-Mulk Street. Moreover, its house-holders are traders; consequently architect designed the settlement serving their needs & wants. 62

Natural Heritage The middle form which represents the nature was raised 2 floors height, to let the nature breakthrough the building, and to enable the visitors when they rich the Mid-Journey to see the nature elements like the Nile on their left and the crops and palm tree on their right.

Community Plaza The Community Plaza provides a place were the local and the city visitors can meet and interact in different processes, because the true heritage is originated in the Locals. Served by an accomodation of 4 stores, so that the visitors can spend 2 to 7 days in the city to interact in a more dense and long termed activities.

Handcrafts The project aims to take the visitors through out a journey that show cases the heritage of Rosetta, which lies in three main elements; Culture, Nature and Handcrafts.

Culture & Architecture Heritage Rosetta has preserved several testimonies of its golden age, including houses, msosques, A mill, Qaitbay Fortress and a Hammam ( Turkish Bath ), With 38 registered historical monuments and sites, it is actually Egyptâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s second richest town of islamic monuments after cairo.

THE SPINE

The spine is the starting point of Rashedâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s new National Project through out the community Plaza which introduce the city visitors to the origin of the city heritage ,which is the people of Rosetta themselves. Other from helping the city gain back its heritage and flourishing the tourism section, The spine is giving the locals the chance to return back to the crafts the city has always been known for, which are slowley coming to an end. 66

A 3rd Year of Architecture Design Project of a Faculty of Fine arts at luxor, The Site overlooks The Nile from The North West, & El Luxor Temple from The North.

CONCEPT The concept of the project presupposes an interaction between education, culture and the public. The project includes a public-accessible gallery , library and rooms for organizing lectures and workshops. The campus endowed with public functions will aid to open the locality to wider and more socially varied user groups.
