Scott has been building Residential & Commercial projects since 2006 with a project value of up to $16M. Scott has inherited his enthusiasm and passion for construction and business, being a second generation builder. As well as being the company director, Scott is the nominee supervisor for low rise construction and maintains a supervisor’s license for building open and foundations and piling works. Scott’s experience covers high end residential housing, townhouse and apartment building, commercial buildings, office fit out works and pre-cast industrial construction. Project Manager Ivan Krasevac
Ivan has extensive local experience in residential housing, multi-unit and high rise construction. Ivan has over 30 years’ experience and has delivered multiple projects from single storey to 12 storey buildings. His skill set is a natural fit for this position. Ivan is the nominee supervisor for our open construction is well respected in the Gold Coast building community.
