Our programs draw on the martial art tradition and spirit to build your body into a lean, mean, fat burning machine. We base the intensity on your initial fitness level and goals. This allows your body can develop the flexibility and coordination it needs to crank up the intensity. In no time you will lose fat, gain lean muscle mass, and see a marked improvement in your cardiovascular fitness. About Us Velocity Fitness is not about smashing you every session and making you hurt. We are informed by the martial arts philosophy of creating foundations of technique and knowledge in order to build confidence in your body. We take a methodical approach to improving your fitness base, strength and conditioning, coordination and agility. All our circuit exercises have variations of difficulty that suits beginners to athletes. Our THUMP classes emphasise technique and footwork over just bag pounding. We keep our groups small so that you receive safe technique corrections throughout your session.

You need a complete solution, something that takes into consideration Exercise, Diet and Nutrition, Education, and Motivation. These elements combine together and provide a holistic solution not available anywhere else in the immediate area

Your Velocity Trainer will appoint a time to be with you one on one as is nominated in the product you choose. This maintains your motivation and ensures the success you deserve.

1 on 1 Personal Training - You will see accelerated results from individual sessions. You will have defined goals and a plan to achieve them, and exercises tailored for your experience and fitness level. Choose from Circuit, Boxing, Kickboxing, or a combination of all three to reach your goals.

Small Group Circuit Training - Get super fit and tone your whole body with a Velocity Circuit! Velocity sessions have a maximum of 8 people to ensure that all participants perform the exercises safely. This high intensity circuit is guaranteed to work your whole body and provide quick results! Join the classes around Sydney CBD that suit you, or get a group of friends and colleagues together to train.

THUMP Boxing for Fitness - Boxers are some of the fittest athletes around, get a taste of

how they train with THUMP Boxing. Burn calories and tone your arms, core and legs with punching combinations and conditioning exercises that get results. You will get an amazing and fun workout as well as technical corrections to improve your punching. Join the classes around Sydney CBD that suit you, or get a group of friends and colleagues together to train.

THUMP Kickboxing for Fitness - Take your Boxing to the next level with knees, elbows and

kicks! An even more intense workout than Boxing for accelerated results. You will receive instruction and corrections on your technique to build awesome combinations that will tone your whole body and burn calories. Due to the technical nature of Kickboxing, this is only available 1 on 1.

Formal Taekwondo Training - The principal trainer of Velocity Fitness is also a Branch

Instructor with Walsh Martial Arts Australia. Develop discipline, confidence and fitness through formal progression to Black Belt.

OVER THE NEXT TWELVE MONTHS YOUR BODY WILL GO THROUGH SOME TRANSITIONS AS FOLLOWS In your initial 6 to 12 week period you will mainly experience internal changes to your body. We call this the internal stage, and this is an important stage because it sets your body up with the foundations to move forward to experience the long lasting results you are looking for. In the next 12 weeks your regular meetings with your Velocity Trainer will reveal that you are on your way to achieving your goals. You will start to see changes

The following 12 to 24 weeks you will discover it won’t be long until you are satisfied with the way you look and feel. This is where you decide whether or not you would like to continue on with changing the way you look and feel or move onto the next stage The maintenance stage is where you will discuss with your Velocity Trainer how often you would like to meet and work on maintaining the wonderful results you have created... It’s simple fact, but you either use it, or lose it!
