PROJECTS OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT

This is the central, the pivotal department of the company, and all the rest are peripheral. It has the responsibility of handing over the projects on time within the target budget without sacrificing the quality and safety. The management and supervision of the projects are the primary responsibilities of the department. This department requires also the majority of the employees consisting of the Project Managers, Site Engineers, Foremen, Commandos, Skilled and normal labourers.
