SAFETY AND LOSS PREVENTION DEPARTMENT

GCTC is greatly concerned with the safety and maintenance of good working conditions to prevent loss and damage to the environment, property, and people. Our safety personnel, scaffolding supervisors and inspectors, heavy equipment operators, and permit receivers are well trained and certified.

FINANCE DEPARTMENT

The Finance Department handles all the collections, the disbursements, payments, accounting, recording, and funding. It serves as the auditor to all the projects.

ADMINISTRATION AND PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT

The aim of this department is to satisfy the projects’ personnel requirements and the personnel’s necessities while taking residence in the kingdom for the project. It is in charge with the maintenance and operations of all the labour camps. They coordinate and supervise in the deployment of workers elsewhere.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

From GCTC early days, we had provided all telecom services and telecom supporting operations This department handles the real estate development project, business development, and marketing.

PERSONNEL In every organization, the most important asset is the people that play essential roles in the performance of the company’s functions and responsibilities. Thus, GCTC is fortunate to have highly qualified and experienced personnel. Reciprocally, GCTC has aimed to provide its employees all the basic necessities while performing their assigned tasks and at the same time equip them through trainings and seminars to enhance their capabilities. We will continue to improve and develop new concepts both in management and technology.

POWER SUPPLY FOR STATION NO. 633 IN SHABAB NGL1- PROJECT:

[From July 2015 to September 2015, Cost = K$ 400]

GCTC scope consist of supplying station at km 633 downstream SHBAB NGL1- Pipeline with electric power. The plan is to install OHPL 55 ft. Poles and supply and install Pole Mounted Transformer. GCTC has made the challenge of accomplishing the job successfully earlier than the Initial planned schedule, and fulfilled the challenge.

GCTC have to install Solar Panel to get the power for the Natural Gas Line under The Aramco Support to can Control the Line Pipe from Shaybah to Abqiq. Also started to make the Commissioning to insure that is working well. GCTC Provide the Good Technicians and Qualified Electricians to Do the Job properly and safely avoiding any issues.

TO DESIGN & INSTALL THE OFF-GRID PV BATTERY SYSTEM. THESE INCLUDES; INSTALLATION OF A FULLY FUNCTIONAL SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC AND BATTERY SYSTEM EQUIPPED WITH CATHODIC PROTECTION CONTROLLERS INCLUDING ONE STANDBY TO SUPPLY CONTINUOUS 1 KW POWER. THE PRIMARY SYSTEM COMPONENTS ARE SOLAR PV MODULES WITH MOUNTING SYSTEM. THE ACTIVITIES INVOLVES ARE; CIVIL, MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL WORKS

Description & Personnel Qualification Providing a complete off-grid solution for powering remote cathodic protection stations. The solution includes a specially customized shelter, a power conversion system, battery banks, photovoltaic modules. All analyses, designs and specifications are prepared by technical engineers. All works are supervised by fully trained and experienced managers. The finalized solution passes check and control by qualified quality managers.

GCTC Has Qualified team that he could finish the job Safely Properly without any problems .

GCTC scope included all CIVIL works for HV equipment, medium voltage buildings and transformers foundation. As well as the design, supply, install, test and com¬mission of 220 KV high voltage equipment. In details:

MAIN MV MAIN MV SWITCH BOARD:- 15 kV Switchgear (M.V.) supply, installation, testing and commissioning with MV SF6 circuit breaker, incoming and outgoing SF15 ,6kV, 3 Phase, 3W 60 Hz, copper bushar, 1250A complete with lock out relay, 3 phase over current relay, ground fault relay, current transformer, over voltage relay, under voltage relay, potential transformer electronic metering and metering devices, control switch with indicating lamp, voltage indicating lamp, auto/manual switch, motorized switch, earth switch, lightning arrester, batteries, heaters, including battery/battery charger, panel board for DC control and other accessories required to complete the work as per drawing and specification as per Saudi electric Company requirements.

CABLING: - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cables on wall, roof or ،ground with suitable G.S. clamps, spacers ،supports, conduits, cable trays, cable ladder ،grounding, trenching, end connections concreting etc. from their corresponding panel boards. Distribution Board and main switchboards. All are in accordance with the drawing and specifications

COMPACT SUBSTATION: - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of package substation as per drawing including fixing, civil work and all accessories with the following materials as per drawings and specifications. The work also including ground grid system and concrete pad.

TRANSFORMER: - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Dry type resin & forced air transformer complete with cover, bolts, lugs and other accessories to complete the work as per drawing and specification
