Theactivitiesofcitypeoplewhotendtobeverybusycan cause fatigue which interferes with their mental health and mind. To prevent this, workers must have their own space for themselves, one of which is by means of contemplation/meditation. One type of meditation is mindful meditation, which is a type of meditation that can train a person to focus on the surroundings and emotions they feel and accept them openly. The benefits of mindfulness meditation basically mean that you are more aware of your surroundings, emotions, feelings, and the various problems you are facing.

Semeru Meditative Park is designed to be a place to relieve mental and emotional stress for city people. Its location in the busy area of Bogor city makes it very strategic for workers who want to get away from work routinesforawhile.Themeditativeconceptcanbeseen in the division of space in this park: Mediative Area for meditating and being one with nature, Motivation Wall for filling energy through motivational words found on thedioramawalls,andHamockAreaforcommunicating with others by using a hamock to sit back.
