DESIGN: The greenhouses offers are based upon the following parameters: Zone A: Bays 8 m x 12 = 96.0 m, Sections 4.5 m x 45 + Dilation 0.4m = 202.9 m Surface: 19,478.4 m² Cultivation: Tomatoes/ Cucumber Zone B: Bays 8 m x 12 = 96.0 m, Sections 4.5 m x 45 + Dilation 0.4m = 202.9 m Surface: 19,478.4 m² Cultivation: Tomatoes/Cucumber Nursery 1: Bays 8 m x 9 = 72.0 m, Sections 4.5 m x 14 = 63.0 m Surface: 4,536 m2. 1.2.- Greenhouse foundation The civil work project includes several parts, from the greenhouses foundation until the building services construction. ACM ESPAÑA proposes that these works will be carried out by a local company that possesses the necessary machinery, and the necessary materials for the correct execution of the works. The greenhouse foundation has been calculated using the load information supplied under Project Information. For our calculations the soil type assumed is clay soil sligh. The interior concrete foundation is composed by posts dimensions 14x14x100 cm with bolt for internal columns and for bracing columns, and will be set to the same height of the perimeter-wall

1.3.- Greenhouse Steel Structure

Steel structure galvanised due to Dutch NEN-EN-ISO 130011 Design Standard: The steel structure complies with the European Standard EN-130311 A15.

The greenhouse steel structure has been calculated by means of CASTA program using the following loads information: Calculated for: Snow load: 400 N/m2 Wind velocity: 100 km/h Crop load: 200 N/m2 Installation load: 70 N/m2 The structure is prepared for the installation of a screen system in upper trellis profile.

1.5.- Ventilation system The ventilation windows will be operated by a truss-rail mechanism.

1.5.1.- Greenhouse ventilation system: Rail system The push-pull tubes are driven by tube shafts and gear racks. The tube shafts are operated by reduction motors by means of a gearbox.

The motors are equipped with chain couplings, built-in emergency stop and limit switches.

The roof glass sheets will be slid into the roof glazing bars and will be fixed to the gutter. 1.6.2.- Gable glass: Double glass in sides: Glass thickness Type Glass width

: 4mm, tolerance ± 5%; : Float glass : 800/750 mm

The sheets of the sides will be fixed to the aluminium glazing and to the concrete perimeter wall. The glass-sheets will be stacked by means of aluminium horizontal stacking. These profiles will not be capped after glazing.

EXCLUSIONS The mentioned price excludes: -

VAT or any taxes. Ground levelling. Concrete for the foundation. Material unloading and transport to the site of the installation. Water and electricity supply during the works as well as tailboards and scaffolds. Electrical installation to the control room.

ASSEMBLY AND SUPERVISION: The greenhouse and installation will be executed by ACM personnel with use of machinery and tools. ACM will provide supervisors during the construction weeks. The supervisor(s) will instruct the personnel to ensure a optimum erection and installation period.
