Opening Keynote with George Fleming Radical Resilience: Four Keys to Thriving During Change & Challenge Monday, May 6, 8:30 am–9:45 am Our world and ways of doing business are changing daily in ways we’ve never seen before. In fact, change is the one constant upon which we can rely. Yet we often fear it, avoid it and fight it so that we don’t have to deal with it. We like to stick with the old model, the proven approach, but this often leads to stress, poor results and missed opportunities to innovate, evolve and grow. Daily evolution is essential in everything that you do. In this inspirational, practical and light-hearted keynote, George Fleming helps to expand our thinking, interpretations and assumptions about change as well as use strategies, tools and humor to navigate more skillfully and more nimbly. In this keynote, you’ll:
••Learn to not only embrace change and challenge, but
leverage it as opportunity to innovate and leap forward.
••Discover the key principles for becoming a change leader for you and your team.
••Develop a game-changing vision that eclipses any challenges you may encounter along the way.
••Learn how to bring creativity into all areas of your business: your thinking, relationships, culture and conversations.
Fleming is the founder of InsightAction and is an executive coach, consultant and trainer to several Fortune 500 companies. George began his career with General Electric before moving into marketing with several Fortune 500 firms including Hewlett-Packard, Amazon, and Lucent Technologies. In between, has also founded and directed nonprofit organizations. His current clients include Roche Pharmaceutical, RE/MAX, Genentech, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Penn State University, Square D, United Way, CHRISTUS Health and Volvo.
