Each program will be personalized based on the chosen scenario.

The program must respect the following:

Scenario: The program is considered open to support the detected need or the deficiency that affects the quality of life of the unpublished users.

 Equipment that considers criteria and topics addressed to technological aspects and sustainability.

 Integration with the urban environment and sustainable landscape treatment.

 Review of the National Building Regulations (Consideration of standards A.010, A.020.A.030, A.040, Standard EM-110 etc.)

 The exercise consists of an urban planning project with conceptual plans on the 12 Ha, then a zoom of an architectural project chosen by the students. The architectural project must have a constructed area between 2,500m² and 3,000m² with eventual outdoor facilities for expansion.
