Exchange progress
At the moment we are having 6 EPs abroad and more will start their experiences soon. We have Domen for GCDP in Indonesia, Jan for GCDP in Slovakia, Julija and Katja for GCDP in Colombia, Alenka for GIP in UK and Davorin for GIP in Poland. Great job Maribor and Ljubljana and keep these numbers up! If you are curious to hear more about their stories, stay tuned because we will showcase them soon!
For July, August and September together we have the goal of having 15 GIPs matched by AIESEC in Slovenia. Please support this cause and let’s send those people abroad!
NST positions are open! As you might have seen already, we opened NST (National Support Team) applications last week and we prolonged the deadline until Sunday 17 July. Applications are open for everyone and we would highly encourage you to apply if you are interested in learning more about national strategies and AIESEC as an organization. What has Thijs been up to? Hey Guys, here some updates from my side ;) - Gorenje signed the contract for two EPs. - I had a meeting with Spirit Slovenia on how to collaborate on Youth Speak Forum as well asa national partner - I had a meeting with ZavodYpsilon on project creation and collaboration for Youth Speak Forum - I had a meeting with Edita KrajnoviÄ?, Chair of our Board of Advisors. Edita is helping out with the definition and positioning of Youth Speak Forum. Still to do this week: - Sent invoice to Gorenje - Finish the value proposition of Youth Speak Forum - Individual meetings with all LCPs
And what about Dejan?
This week is still going full force with work. My focus this week was organizing the administrational work with our new TN Gorenje. Beside that, I have also focused on changing the compendium, which is done but it's still pending for legislation. On the other note, I have been also working for the conference in Istanbul, iTtT Anatolia as I will be a FACI there. For next week I am going to Istanbul for the conference for the whole week. I will sent you pictures and updates from there ;)
And Rachael? Hello! Marhaba! Ni Hao! Boke! Salut! Zhivyo! I trust your week has been awesomely awesome! It's been a great week for me, kicking it off beautifully with a meeting with the Executive Board of Maribor *When strong women work together amazing is an understatement* There's so much coming your way from Maribor this term, we are excited, are you? Furthermore, I also created some ICX materials and we have our ICX Team Database, if you're a team member of ICX please do well to fill in your details, reach out to your LCVPs, they are here to serve you. Sales leads are rolling graciously too, i had a meeting this week with CNVOS (an umbrella network of Slovenian NGOs, which brings together more than 900 associations and individual clubs, societies and institutions) and a couple others booked for the weeks to follow.. I did say it's going to be a year of so much work, fun and learning. With so much love from me. Yala! Don't miss out!

It was one of the busy weeks. Had an interview for OC position, couple of meetings, one of them is signing the contract with Gorenje and final touches on Youth Speak Forum concept. We have a new arrival to our OC YSF family so now we are even bigger and stronger ;) For the upcoming week, I will try to finalize more details on YSF with Thijs and set up more meetings with companies to get them involved. If you have any ideas for companies, please let us know!
