AIESEC is an international platform that allows young people to discover and potentiate their leadership to cause a positive impact on society. This platform enables organizations to interact and attract newly graduated students with high potential from universities worldwide through our exchange programs conferences and virtual communication channels.

This project was the winner of thecompetition telephone Foundation 2013 and a new edition is planned for this 2014.

TELEFONICA FOUNDATION Telefonica, a leading telecommunications company, holds the countries where an activity, which by its nature contributes greatly to the economic, social and cultural development of the same, improving the quality of life and promoting equal opportunities for all citizens is present. In Peru, since Telefónica began operations in 1994, took commitment to actively participate in building a society more inclusive, where economic and social growth to be consolidated sustainable and equitable manner. The Telefonica Foundation, created to coordinate long-term social and cultural action of all companies in the Telefonica group, is today the main extension of the firm and voluntary engagement it has with the societies of the communities in which it operates.

MISSION The development of a social and cultural, relevant and transformative, focused on providing access to knowledge through an innovative, integrated and comprehensive management action.

It is a social project that was born under the initiative of the Telefonica Foundation and AIESEC, which main objective is to apply professional knowledge of young international volunteers with social entities in Peru for: 1 Strengthen the support areas deďŹ cient 2. Optimize organizational management 3. Increase the impact on community organizations to serve.

Working with: NGOs

Project implementation begins with an overview of your organization. Then, international volunteers will establish a plan of action to be executed during the 6 weeks as follows: 1. The visit daily volunteer organization to guide the implementation of strategies and monitor results. 2. Perform weekly reports on progress.

IMPORTANT EVENTS

FIRST WEEK

OPENING This event will bring together people who will be part of the project, parents and teachers. The project is presented and an introduction of foreign tutors who will supervise the project will be made.

GLOBAL VILLAGE It is open to the general public. In this space we will be in contact with people from different cultures around the world. It will be like know the world in hours.

THIRD WEEK

CLOSING This is the final event and consists of a gala ceremony where students, tutors and parents participate.
