About ECB CHair The principal in solving cases when the LC does not have the capacity to agree on Exchange Standards solutions that are missing. It is the national level responsible for guaranteeing the Standards and the application in our exchange products in Chile. The only one able to negotiate solutions with other local and national entities a better delivery in the experiences. It can increase customer satisfaction and guarantee the quality of experiences.

JD ECB CHair Description: 1. Review and monthly report on quality cases in our exchange products. 2. Ensure the standards in our exchanges. 3. Create the reimbursement reports of the EPs to the MC.
