¿CÓMO FUNCIONA? • Cada OC deberá estar conformado por equipos de 4 personas como mínimo y máximo 6.

Deber registrar el aplicante en PODIO. Escanear o fotografiar la Entrevista y subirla en PODIO.

• La Oficina Nacional hará reportes semanalmente. (Lunes, Miércoles y Viernes) a través de la página nacional para identificar el desempeño de cada comité. • Webinars para el desarrollo de estrategias de conversión.

JOB DESCRIPTION OC “COTOPAXI CHALLENGE”


RESPONSIBILITIES The OCP of “Cotopaxi Challenge” recruitment provides quality recruitment’s goals realization ensuring effective development of the team.

Time Term: October 27 – Nov. 22, 2014 Time Commitment: 15 Hours per week Way of working: Physical and virtual

Advertising oGCDP program

EP interview (Adaptability, English Test)

Assist EP in creation of EP ID

Goals of the project recruitment setting – number of applicants, and interviews.

Planning the recruitment – events, processes, timelines (planning cooperation with Universities, raising partners, offline events, EP raising process, etc.)

Task division between members (OC) and delegation.

Tracking timelines on all the stages

Coordination of team members: setting interactions, synergy in tasks

Team communication: online communication, team rules setting

Team building, effective collaboration of team members

Motivation of team members

Controlling over education achieved by members from LC VPs, Coordinators, MC

Finance management (controlling or delegation to one of team members)

Reporting to LC VP oGCDP on tasks fulfilled, goals achieved.

Control of personal development of the team members

Recruitment’s evaluation

• Meetings with OCP • Report to OCVP. • Work in synergy with other OCVPs. • Advertising oGCDP program (Stands, “Saloneos”, info sessions, mailing) • Recruitment of EPs

• EP interviews (Adaptability, English Test) • Achieve results assigned by OCP.
