Learning point: University relations can make AIESEC accesible and massive for all students.

Numbers (yearly): 2014: 29 RE in oGCDP and 9 RE in oGIP 2015: 31 RE in oGCDP and 6 RE in oGIP 56 MA in oGCDP and 11 MA in oGIP
Benefits: - Being accesible for more students - University promotes AIESEC and co-creates EP experience - EP recruitment is supported by University - No EP fee for students
AIESEC EAN build strong collaboration with University in order to deliver more leadership experiences for their students. University is supporting promotion of opportunities and is co-delivering experiences together with LC. EPs that are going for exchange usually don’t pay EP fee (University is helping financially).

Identify university needs of providing international experience for its students
Build collaboration based on providing „scholarships” that the university needs to provide to its students
Set the rules of codelivery of the experience with university
University is investiong money based on quality and quantity of exchanges that AIESEC can provide
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS FOR AIESEC? -
EPs don’t have to pay EP fee University launches promotion campaign together with AIESEC EAN. Promotion sessions (info sessions) are obligatory for students and AIESEC is promoting opportunities there University showcases EPs in its main communication channels University tracks EPs experience

S&S University tutors are interested in helping AIESEC to track all 16 standards and also to provide coaching to EP to deliver our value proposition
LEAD University tutors are willing to be part of IPS
