Position Role The person in charge for this position is responsible for the implementation of the AIESEC Brand, for the image of AIESEC Norway in our stakeholder group in accordance to our Global Brand. This person is responsible for developing and strategies that will support engaging alumni in the organization.
Responsibilities Communication strategy
Develop and implement a national communication strategy and plan that will support organizational goals and ensure AIESEC brand visibility among student and business market.
Synergy with MCVP ICX GIP &ER
Synergy with MCVP ICX GCDP
Synergy with MCVP OGX
Synergy with MCVP Organizational Development
Develop and implement instruments to deliver the communication plan
National web platforms management
Ensure quality and effectiveness of webpage.( can be chosen a strategy of having NST). Maintain website content according to the projects Constant evaluation of the website efficiency in bringing visibility and attracting students and companies Develop and continuously update the AIESEC Norway’s online channels and social media channels
Internal Communication
Overall responsible for the internal communication in the country
Branding
Develop and package AIESEC products that will be relevant for our stakeholders Develop materials useful for understanding the AIESEC brand and how it should be used Educate LCPs /LC VPs on AIESEC Brand and Identity Overall responsible for developing and implementation students' and partners' Brand Audits
Public Relations and media
Maintain current media partnerships
Overall responsible for maintaining and developing Media Partnerships on MC level (focus on students and business media –press,
Develop and research on new media partners that reach our external stakeholders Overall responsible for creating different PR materials (e.g. reports, press-releases, articles) Overall responsible for media coverage of national events and supporting LCs in Local media coverage

Local Committees
Coach, provide support, educate LCs in communications, PR area and brand usage Design of marketing materials and resources for LCs Provide General and functional education to LCs
Student market knowledge
Develop instruments and plan to improve knowledge of the student market (targets and channels)
Alumni management
Work actively with MC VP ICX GIP&ER in setting strategies for involvement of alumni in TN and ER sales. Support a constant communication with alumni to ensure their involvement into the organisation.
Measures of Success
Number of application forms for OGX and TMP/TLP recruitment Number of companies that approach AIESEC Norway to take trainees/ support financially Number of new visitors on the webpage. Number of new/ maintained media partners . Number of media appearances. Number of specific measurement of each SM channel (No of friends/followers, No of regular updates etc.) Number of alumni involved into organization.

Workload:
8 hours/day Full time or Part time Transition period: - May 2012 – virtual transition - June 2012 – transition in Oslo with the MC team 12-13
Work period: 1st July 2012 – 30th June 2013 Availability on weekends for events Attend all national conferences
