News from the country:

Hello leaders of AIESEC Norway! =)

How are you feeling? Two weeks of promotion are already behind us, and we are getting closer and closer to the application deadline. This means that the upcoming week will be crucial for the success of this project. I would ask you to take some time to think about WHY we are doing this project. What we are doing now is to attract and select those people who you will lead next year, and who are the ones who will make all your plans and dreams happen. What feeling do you want to have on the opening plenary at Excel?

Here comes some updates from the recruitment in the country:

You are all having a lot of different activities at your schools, but all the activities are not necessarily reflected in the number of application. How can we make sure that all people who are interested apply? Some tips: -> ensure that all the students you talk to know exactly how to apply and that they are given the link -> ensure that you are communicating out the application deadline -> utilize online promotion: it takes less resources, and the students have the opportunity to click on the application link directly Some questions to ask ourselves: -> How many students have you talked to about the opportunity of joining AIESEC? -> To how many of your friends have you shared your experience and suggested them to join? -> How many students have received a direct link to the application form online? -> How many students have attended your events where they could get more information about AIESEC?

And do not forget to follow AIESEC Norway!

LET'S ROCK THIS WEEK!

Sincerely yours, MC 11-12 7
