ORGANIZATIONAL UNDERSTANDING “The best inheritance we can have is roots and wings”

Every Generation has to evaluate their current state and find their direction towards the AIESEC Way ‌

In the early 2000’s our generation began to plan for how they were going to find their way to the AIESEC Way…

From 2002 to 2004 AIESECers met together to redesign how our members lived their time in AIESEC to create the AIESEC Experience‌

In 2005, AIESECers met together and decided the organization needed a mid term ambition to provide an important milestone in the path towards achieving the AIESEC Way‌ so AIESEC 2010 was born

We defined our strategy as Product Leadership ‌

…and used the Balanced Scorecard as a management tool for ensuring proper implementation globally

Each of these stems as an approach for us to use the AIESEC Way.

But the AIESEC Way remains the most important. At the centre of everything we do

We might follow the same paths or create a new direction‌

Whatever we choose, the AIESEC Way will remain at the center. Acting as a compass to shape our decisions

But if the AIESEC Way is supposed to act as our compass‌

Do we really know it well enough?
