By submitting your idea, you are confirming that you have read and that you have no objection to any of the Rules and Regulations as well as the Terms and Conditions of the organizers Utilize the space provided effectively and do not exceed the word limit. Start preparing your presentation. Ready your props, PowerPoint, and any other presentation materials you might be using. The investors are not going to spend very much time at each stall, so make sure your presentation is enticing. Prepare your Executive Summary. This is a very important document, you will not be allowed to participate if you do not bring this to the event. It should be between 500-600 words, and should contain a basic summary of your idea, including the problem, the idea, how your idea solves the problem, and a monetization plan. Go through your idea again and again, do mock presentations and familiarise yourself with every aspect of your plan. Prepare for difficult questions and be aware of both the advantages and limitations of your idea.

All the registrations have to pay the registrations fee to AIESEC before 11th Oct, 2014, 9 PM.

Be at the venue at 1:30 PM at the latest. Latecomers will not be tolerated. Be there are least half an hour in advance, preferably

You will have to sign a copy of our terms and conditions, as well as confirm your registration and will then be allowed to enter.

Spend the next one hour setting up yourself and preparing yourself and your team.

During the fair, follow the rules and regulations strictly. Any infringement of the same will not be tolerated.

Your idea can be backed up by a team of a maximum of 4 members. It is not necessary to come with a team, an individual business plan will be treated on equal footing with that of a team. A participant cannot be a part of more than one team. Only the Top 20 B-Plans will be allowed to be presented on the day of the event. The screening will be done by AIESEC based on your descriptions in the registrations. Only a table and power supply will be provided at the venue to showcase your idea. Investors and other interested parties will walk around and talk to whichever teams they are intrigued by. They have limited time, so keep your sales pitch short and sweet. You may use charts, a laptop, and other props you may require for your presentation. Refrain from putting off your fellow ideators by using cheap tactics, anyone found doing so will be disqualified. The judges word is final. Refrain from pleading with the investors, and treat them with respect. Read the Terms and Conditions before you register, they will be followed strictly. Discretionary power in regard to a conflict, change in agenda or formulation of rules and regulations pertaining to the B-Plan competition, lies solely with AIESEC.
