Playlyfe is a website started for RnR to push membership to perform for the summer cycle. It is gamification of RnR and it created a competition and pushed for performance for summer peak. The campaign released was called “The RISE OF THE LEGACY CAMPAIGN� The members make updates based on RMR for exchangers and MOS achieved for X-support for which a point system was allocated
The website Scoreboard:
The scoreboard gives details about all the members playing the game. And is easy to track performance. The winners of the campaign are rewarded as part of the RnR

How we leveraged from Playlyfe
Membership performance: The RnR campaign was started to boost membership performance. The competition and the performance level has increased since the website/campaign was launched.
Membership tracking: Playlyfe was an easy way to track membership performance. The game shows how many people are giving measurable results. Hence easy for membership tracking
Membership accountability: All the members in the LC have registered on playlyfe and hence it is easy to track members who have not contributed to any tangibles.
Driving department culture: Since the campaign was launched it drove department culture where department were competing to reach on top of the table. This in return pushed performance and culture.

Improving quality tracking: Post JNC we will be improving a new feature which will be quality tracking. So for each SOP in quality a point system will be allocated to check whether the task has been completed.

New feature and way forward: Post the RnR campaign we will be launching new features for membership tracking and Qulaity tracking:
Quality Tracking: For each standard operating procedure for a realization a point system for checklist done will be allocated. E,g SIM card provided, Accommodation set etc. The outcome for this will be improved quality tracking
