ECB – Definition ECB is an entity controlling body working arbitrating cases of exchange standards and ER Principles of AIESEC entities and physical AIESEC Members. ECB is the last decision making body on national level in regards to Exchange policies and entity standard regulation principles. A division, working directly with its MC, ICB & FLB to ensure that the best Standard and Customer Experience is delivered to every customer and stakeholder in each entity.

Ensure standards and satisfaction and costumer experience management implementation on AIESEC programs to the national plenary. Take the final decision making body on the national level cases that violate de XPP. Provide consultancies upon request. Offer consultancy upon request on the interpretation of Exchange Program Policies and ER Principles to all local committees and Exchange Participants. Conduct physical or virtual audit to local committees in order to ensure all operations are run in accordance with the Exchange Program Policies.

Description
Make National Network aware of current state of the LCs regards Standards fulfillment in every LC and analyze possible risks in this field. Auditing Ensure monitoring and audits to the different AIESEC programs and F&L. FireFighting Ensure that every case received by ECB is solved and followed up the fastest and the most efficient way possible (considering what XPP and provided valid proofs by both sides state). Ensure that everybody leaves the solved case in peace (everything should be clear, reasonable and providing next steps or steps for improvement). NPS Offer high quality consultancy and prevention activities to all of the Local Committees, EPs and Interns. Consultancy Contact with other ECBs teams to be aware of how they are meeting their current and future problems with the objective to take the best decisions.
