BeFree BE Free - Botanical Park This large botanical garden of about two hectares, named like the famous Dr. Martin Cardenas, who devoted much of his life to the study of botany on the ora of Bolivia traveling around the country. The garden is intended to contribute to the conservation of plant resources in the region, conducting scientiďŹ c research and teaching through its facilities on areas of botany and environment. The garden has various sections like the area of Cactus, Bromelias, Amarilis, Arboretum with native and exotic species. There are also sections of medicinal and Nursery Plants. There is also the National Forestry Herbarium "Martin Cardenas", created in 1976 and has approximately 40,000 species throughout Bolivia.

BeFree BE Free - CECAM CECAM Bolivia was founded in November 2009 with the purpose of providing assistance to people with limited resources and to improve the environment of Cochabamba. CECAM Bolivia is a non-governmental organization (NGO) in Bolivia. They work with communities around Cochabamba to achieve sustainable change in impoverished communities, ďŹ ghting disease and economic instability through the promotion of environmental and economic sustainability. CECAM sponsors educational workshops for disadvantaged residents and distributes ecological kitchens, including solar ovens. They are based on the participation of volunteers to provide assistance programs in the workshops.

BeFree BE Free - Mollesnejta MOLLESNEJTA is a farm of 16 hectares, located in the Valley of Cochabamba which aims to demonstrate how it is possible to restore degraded soils and carry out agricultural activities in harmony with nature in the valley semiarid Andes of Cochabamba, Bolivia. The research station oďŹ&#x20AC;ers students of Bolivia and the world the possibility of learning by doing as well as to carry out scientiďŹ c research. The results are disseminated by agroforestry projects in the region.

BeFree BE Free - SODIS The SODIS for Latin America Foundation is a private, independent, nonproďŹ t institution that works to promote solutions to improve access to safe water and consequently improve the health of rural and peri-urban families in the area. BeFree BE Free - Tunari The Equestrian Center of Tunari was founded in 2003 as a private initiative to provide access to horseback riding to individuals of all abilities. They have since developed their Equestrian Therapy programs, which speciďŹ cally cater to children with special needs. Currently, specialized care for children with special needs in Bolivia is very limited, especially for families with fewer resources, for this reason, The Equestrian Center of Tunari has developed partnerships with local schools to serve these children (at least once a week).

BeFree BE Free - Agua Sustentable "Sustainable Water" is a non-proďŹ t NGO that aims to contribute to sustainable water management and environment at the national and international levels. His work focuses on building knowledge, policies, institutions and legal standards aimed at generating collective welfare, socio-economic development and environmental sustainability of local populations. These lines of action are achieved through the development and strengthening social and community capacities, promoting citizen participation and responsibility in caring management of watersheds and water sources and services arising from the use of these. The institution is guided by the principle of the human right to water and the priority of use of water for life, understood as human consumption and productive activities related to food safety and the environment.
