As an organization AIESEC offers us the posibility of developing as leaders, this is why for this second semester we will continue with the M&M´s (middler managers) these persons will have the power of being the leaders of a group and help us grow like never before, take us to the next level and fullfil our the AIESEC promise. The middle managers will be those coordinators that will take challenges and turn them into opportunities, because they have the responsability of leading our members into becoming possitive change agents and leaders. INTERVIEW WITH THE VP After pass the M&M application process, each Vicepressident is going to contact their applicants to run the personal interview. In that interview, we will evaluate organizational knowledge. You must complete successfully the 80% to be elected as a M&M.


M&M EDUCATIONAL CYCLE After run the election process, and be elected like a M&M of AIESEC EAFIT, it’s mandatory for you to atend to the M&M educational cycle (In next days we will inform the exact dates and times): 1.
