OCP Position: 2014.2 OCP Awards AIESEC EAFIT People in charge: 5 Hours per week: 10 hours Duration: 2 month Job Description: Responsable for delivering an event in which the members in AIESEC EAFIT will be recognized and rewarded for their good job, and also guarantee the sustainability of the event. Manual of Functions Elaborate an action plan and a budget for the realization of the event. Use tracking tools to follow up the members. Deliver a Knowledge management (KM) at the end of the execution. Prepare all the logistics for the event, place, sound, decoration, etc. Get the adequate amount of sponsors to reward the members with tangible presents. Elaborate a marketing campaign to guarantee the participation of different stakeholders in the event. Elaborate and execute a communications strategy to guarantee the attendance of the membership. Create a voting system for members to nominate people for a category and reward. OC ER (x2) Position: 2014.2 OC ER Awards AIESEC EAFIT Report to: OCP Hours per week: 7 hours Duration: 2 month Job Description This person will be responsible to search for sponsors that make sustainable the event. Also with the ER Support, must close the agreement that can this and others events. Manual of Functions - Elaborate an action plan to search for sponsors - Involve the sponsors in the event and manage their brand in a satisfactory way. - Create stable relations between sponsors and AIESEC Organizational Competencies - Emotional Intelligence - Global Mindset - Proactive Learning - Entrepreneurial Outlook - Social Responsibility Role Competencies - Project Management - Time Management - External Relations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) # Sponsors collected by the external relations work


OC COMM Position: 2014.2 OC COMM Awards AIESEC EAFIT Report to: OCP Hours per week: 7 hours Duration: 2 month Job Description This person will be responsible for all the visual part of the event, that means event identity (logo) and event promotion (ecards, posters). Also will be in charge of all the internal marketing strategy to ensure attends to the event. Manual of Functions - Do an internal marketing plan to ensure the attendees to the event an identity and thematic for the event - Create a voting system for members to nominate people to reward. - Ensure that every member in AIESEC EAFIT can vote

OC LOGISTICS Position: 2014.2 OC Logistics Awards AIESEC EAFIT Report to: OCP Hours per week: 7 hours Duration: 2 month Job Description This position it’s involved with planning and execution of the event, making a satisfactory event for the clients and the OC by making a properly develop of all the events. Manual of Functions - Search and adapt the spaces - Optimize human and material resources - Tracking all the activities involved with the event - Ensure all the logistics in the event day (decoration, sound, food..etc) Organizational Competencies - Emotional Intelligence - Global Mindset - Proactive Learning - Entrepreneurial Outlook - Social Responsibility Role Competencies - Time Management - Project Management - Working under pressure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Optimize the resources Reaching of objectives


OC FINANCE Position: 2014.2 OC Finance Awards AIESEC EAFIT Report to: OCP Hours per week: 7 hours Duration: 2 month Job Description This position will be always controlling the money movement, so they have to track every single activity that uses money to ensure a sustainable event.
