Role Name Purpose

Community Manager Creating, managing and implementing Virtual strategies to enhance AIESEC Egypt Virtual Reach & Engagement level.

•  Main responsibilities •

Managing AIESEC Egypt Social Media Channels; Interact with our customers to align their needs, with our organization objectives;

Online Brand perception creation and evaluation.

Build and maintain our content distribution network through all relevant social media channels.

Minute by minute participation in conversations that surround our content and brand, answer comments, be a mediator.

Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding our brand, report to appropriate parties.

Create content for feeds and snippets in various social media sites.

Create and update daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Analyze campaigns and translate trends or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns.

Create the social media strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across AIESEC in Egypt to ensure its effectiveness and ensure the adoption of relevant social media techniques into the organization culture and into all of the organization products.

Source and manage relationships with social monitoring and platform partners to support and develop commercial opportunities.

Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and developments.

Embed AIESEC Online Applications along with the IM Responsible for our Social media channels

Responsible for LinkedIn management and strategy implementation.

Purpose

A graphic designer‘s role is for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The goal of most graphic design is to help an organization or individual present them to the public in an appropriate and positive way. •  Responsible of different National campaigns designs creation.

Main responsibilities

Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.

Working on layouts and art working pages ready for print.

Developing interactive designs for AIESEC Egypt national campaigns.

Monitoring LCs Marketing designs & ensuring its alignment with AIESEC Brand guidelines.

Be constantly updated with emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash; Developing time-management and multitasking skills. Developing designing skills Technical designing knowledge Product Packaging knowledge and skills Message creation knowledge and skills Practical management skills such as priority management, operational planning, task delegation, performance tracking, communication and empowerment

National Campaigns and products responsible

Purpose

Through analyzing AIESEC in Egypt products conversion rates and product state in the student market, develop, manage & implement strategies to improve National product packaging & Marketing brand. Also, Enhance AIESEC Egypt National Brand alignment. •  Analyzing different conversion rates across stages for products nationally.

Main responsibilities •

Pilot strategies with the LCs to enhance conversion rates in oGCDP program.

Analyzing NPS to increase no of promoters for a specific product

Piloting strategies to capitalize on the percentage of promoters across different projects.

Responsible of EPs experience Showcasing for AIESEC experience

Researching different opportunities to increase conversion rates of products.

Refining Products value proposition across markets

Visualizing and managing all the National Marketing campaigns.

Monitor competitors’ activities.

Evaluate different marketing campaigns.

Design Customer profile Maps for different products

Along with MCVP create marketing campaigns for clients and undertake all duties necessary to deliver such strategies and marketing objectives. Developing Creative marketing strategies to attract the right target audience for different products

Researching GCPs in the Network

Via conducting research & Analysis, define new channels for LCs to recruit
