No, because I signed for an experience that never promessed to be a straight line, an experience that would challenge me and push me beyond what I thought were my own limits.
Being MCP means crafting a vision, shaping it with a team, driving a plenary toward it, always adjusting it to the environment while you grow as an individual and a CEO. It requires passion and commitment to keep you going through ups and downs, at the end of the day, it is all worth it when you truelly believe in the relevance of your work to our dear country, to the region, and on a bigger scale, to what we promessed the world.
