Conference Objectives Giving to delegates all informations concerning AIESEC 2020 Communicating AIESEC in Cote d’Ivoire strategic vision & direction for the term 16’17 Empowering delegates with tools, strategies and knowledges, management, entrepreneurial and leadership skills to run operations and activities
Empowering all delegates in their Leadership Development experience Personal and professional development for the delegates

FACI JOB DESCRIPTION Profile
Good organizational understanding Good understanding of AIESEC’s role and relevance to society Excellent communication skills in virtual and physical platform Excellent interpersonal skill Current or past leadership experience in AIESEC National or International AIESECers Good English (French is a more) Ability to motivate and inspire Awareness to Others
Role
Facilitators will have to participate for the faci meetings which will happen virtually and physically They will have to work with the facilitators that will be assigned to work with them and have to design sessions and send session outlines beforehand. Send logistic requirements to the OC beforehand. Participate for the conference pre meetings and post meetings with the chair and faci team to ensure an effective conference outcome and evaluation. Deliver sessions based on the objectives of the sessions and the overall theme of the conference. Cooperate with OC team, MC team and Chairs on deadlines. Share your relevant experience (both AIESEC and non-AIESEC). Lead support Facilitators & support their learning before and during the conference
