Since few weeks, each entities have been asked to share their physical promotion material (Videos, testimonies, ppt, brochures etc.) So far only UNS, Surabaya, UNHAS, Bandung, IPB, BINUS & UNDIP have shared their material. Please remind them to share their material (here: http://bit.ly/1EdhnSi)

AIESECNewBrand

Since January 5th, the new logos of AIESEC (in turquoise blue) have been shared both by Afifa to LCVP Marketing and by me to LCVPs oGIP. However, during the summit, all of them still used the previous black/blue/white logo. Please make sure everyone knows that the logo has changed. oGIP Summit Material oGIP Physical Promotion summit has been delivered. The material and PPTs are available and already shared (http://bit.ly/1ATPQEy) LCVPs oGIP already have been asked to do Synergy meeting with LCVP Marketing. Make sure this is happening ! â˜ş The new system of AIESEC interview will be published in March. Make sure that LCVP oGIP have given feedbacks concerning the new AIESEC Interview, especially for the scoring sheet.


Happy India National Campaign will be launched 
 in March. Please for the Entities 
 focusing on Happy India. Make sure Marketing and oGIP are synergizing well to spread the campaign. A CEEDer will come to Indonesia for Promotion. Make sure Marketing and oGIP have made synergy meeting and communicate about their timelines to receive the CEEDer.

IT Mania Indonesian Sales Ambassador will be sent to Malaysia to help ICX to raise TNs specifically for Indonesia in

HR is the fundamental element of the organization, transformation of your organization depends on the transformation of your people. As president, you need to understand well 3 principle of HR for your organization to grow: 1. Are there people in your entity? 2. Are your people capable? 3. Are people in your entity enough to run your organization? As you see in the newsletter of TM, this month is focus on education (meaning that HR fulfillment is no longer Problem). Here are things you need to concern to your TM: 1. Ensure your sales and marketers have good ability in sales and marketers skills. Ensure SDP and TtM happened 2. Track and ensure synergy happened among iGCDP, TM and Finance for ACT!VATION and National Project 3. Track and ensure synergy happened in oGCDP and TM for reintegration 4. If your VP TM didn’t come to TM Summit, ensure they attend bring back webinar and they are proactive to another delegates from other entity who came to TM Summit 5. If your VP TM came to TM Summit, ensure you know what is the output and ensure they bring it back to your entity 6. Build sense of urgency for team leader in your entity to submit their talent review, Not only ask them to submit but you need to ensure the understanding and essence of talent review in tracking the performance, development and experience are there in your team leader
