Stasiun Lempuyangan (Lempuyangan Railway Station)
Yogyakarta is served by Adisucipto International Airport which connects the city with some other major cities in Indonesia, such as Jakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Makassar, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, and Pontianak. Located eight kilometres east of town, Adisucipto International Airport is the main gateway to Yogyakarta and the third busiest airport on Java after Jakarta's SoekarnoHatta International Airport and Surabaya's Juanda International Airport.
The main central station is Tugu Railway Station, serves big city destinations such as Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Solo. While Lempuyangan Railway Station serves economy class trains and small city destinations. To buy tickets, enter on Jl. Pasar Kembang and get a queue number from the stand facing the ticket windows. Then go to the opposite side of the room and fill out a ticket request slip, consulting the timetables on the wall to your left. You will be called to the appropriate ticket window, the announcement will be called (in Indonesian only) and displayed on the electronic sign on the wall. Gudeg, a curry of jackfruit, chicken and egg served with rice, and is the most famous local dish. In addition, we have sent students to have the opportunity to introduce lndonesian culture and enrich their experience by living and teaching in various countries of the world.
Our members are part of an exciting, driven global network. They are able to contribute to societal change while exploring their own vision for a positive impact on society.
