MaC PORTFOLIO MANAGER responsibilities
• Develop and manage marketing strategies and execution of plans for new and existing products, esp. OGX, ICX & TMP Recruitment. • Work with other functional teams, especially OGX, ICX and TM, to develop attraction for products. • Identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate with them AIESEC Branding. • Ensure the brand alignment of AIESEC in all publications, and ensure AIESEC is well represented • Have knowledge on Information management: Manage the virtual presence of LC and enhance our virtual presence. • Makes sure of the team meetings happen every week. • Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reports and plans to be submitted to the EB and MCVP
FLA PORTFOLIO MANAGER responsibilities

Strategic and numerical planning of finances in the Local Committee Creating and tracking LC budget along side with the LCP LC investments decision making together with LCP and EB Creating and implementing LC payments tracking tools (for every products) Manage all financial and legal documentation Submitting GFB survey to MCVP FLA. Ensuring that all necessary documents for every payment is collected Reporting about the department performance weekly, monthly and quarterly to EB and MCVP • Documenting all legal documents • Assuring legal connections with the university and utilizing the university accordingly • Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reports and plans to be submitted to the EB and MCVP
