Name it as such fullname_position you are applying for_ AIESECinEIABC.20.21 •make sure you answer all the general questions and specific question(for the portfolio you are applying to) •you must be an active, full member (not in probation) with at least 3 months of experience to apply •Include a 1 page CV and a recommendation letter from your teammate( must include their signature)

ICX TL Experience Manager JD • Responsible for Planning and Analyzing all funnel metrics, conversion rates and process times frequently • Manage IR Partner activities and follow-ups • Manage experience team member performance and achievement weekly • Responsible for planning and implementing specific deliverables on logistics (Accommodation, Airport pickup, Airport Drop Off, Weekend trips, etc) with Project TL • Responsible for planning target numbers of funnel metrics with Project TL • Responsible for Implementing all Exchange Standards on each customer flow phase. • Responsible for planning work breakdown schedule (WBS) for members during experience phase. • Responsible for ensuring communication between IR Partners and Exchange Participant, Exchange Participant and EP Buddy


ICX TL Experience Manager JD • Responsible for managing reports on funnel metrics, • Conversion Rates, Process Time and IR Partner status on a weekly basis to LCVP ICX • Managing the project team members and conducting a TL meeting to ensure implementation of weekly tasks. • Ensuring Team Standards Implementation • Ensuring team members engagement, active participation and status developments.
