Message from MCP Hello there lovely, I am proud of you for taking the first step to becoming an LCP. Now I am not saying that it will all as easy as clicks all the way,but this is going to be a stepping stone towards an unforgettable journey. I do not know what motivated you to pursue this position, I do not know if you will make it to be elected for this position, but there is one thing I will need you to do; I need you to give it your all; I need you to be as committed as possible to be getting the most out of this experience. I need you to probe and take initiatives. Don’t wait for perfection, just deliver your very best. AIESEC is a platform for you to make mistakes and learn from them. Take advantage of that. With all of this said remember that we work on leadership. You can only lead others if you can lead yourself. Lead yourselves towards the challenge and pressure that will turn you into precious diamonds. Push the limit to make magic. I will wait for you on the other side. Yours Sara Yahya MCP AIESEC in Ethiopia 17/18
