, I am glad you took the time to just click on the application. So I will go straight to the point. You already know the usual statement, AIESEC will challenge you . Well I want you to look at it this way , what do you want to challenge AIESEC in Ethiopia in ?. If you are looking for a sense of adventure in trial – fail – trial –success – trial loop and you are the type who lives in each moment , good and bad, easy and frustrating . Then , proceed on to the next pages. This is an entity where you can test and be tested on your adaptability plus capability. Re-inventing yourself each time, a selfish sensibility it may seem. Not quite ,In all honesty I prefer leaders who know themselves because that is the only way you will influence over 40 million youth in Ethiopia. Lets start with the 200,000 students we can reach through the current Lcs and expansions.

As an LCp you are part of a national team that sees through the growth of AIESEC and reaching closer to our vision of peace and fulfilment of human kind’s potential. This process is to give you a feel on the responsibility you shoulder , not alone , but as part of a team of fellow LCPs leading the whole of AIESEC in Ethiopia . Can you cultivate on potential and bring us closer to reach every young person in this entity? If so, you will be part of the foundation. As for foundations, the stronger , the more flexible and intricate it is the higher the tower can go. It is my hope you will join the rest of us in the team to embark on the most unique AIESEC experience .
