What is the Entity Control Board (ECB)? The ECB is an independent part of AIESEC in Ethiopia. It’s primary role is to make the entity more customer centric, and to ensure leadership development by fulďŹ lling standards in every AIESEC programme.
Your Responsibilities on the ECB? 1. Ensure SnS and Customer Experience Management Implementation on AIESEC Programs to the national plenary 2. Is the final decision making body on the national level cases that violate the XPPs (3.3.2.2.1.) 3. To conduct virtual and physical audits on standards implementation and develop prevention campaigns based on findings 4. Provide consultancy upon request 5. Provide education based on national guidance for the value delivery phase of the customer flow

A�plication Conditions • Applicant has to answer all questions in the application • Applicant CV must be provided with package (Max 2 pages) • In application font size can not be lower than 10 • Application must be saved in .pdf format and sent as .zip file • Application must be named: ECB_application_name_surname..zip eg: ECB_application_Ugo Modum.zip • Application must be submitted to ugo.modum@aiesec.net and liya.assefa@aiesec.net by the deadline –March 10 th , 2018 23:59 (GMT +3) • Applications sent even one minute after the deadline will not be accepted!
Roles Available Case Solver: Ensure that every case received by ECB is solved and followed up the fastest and the most efficient way possible (considering what XPP and provided valid proofs by both sides state). Ensure that everybody leaves the solved case in peace (everything should be clear, reasonable and providing next steps or steps for improvement) Please note: You are applying for a specific position in the ECB.
Auditor: Make National Network aware of current state of the LCs regards Standards fulfilment in every LC and analyse possible risks in this field.
Education: Teaching members of AiE about the Standards and Satisfaction, ECB, XPP and every other related areas to ensure proper Leadership via Exchange

Specific Cha�enge Questions Question 1:
Go carefully through the case and put explanation for each point that is important (and counted) according to XPP? Propose a ow of solving this case. *An EP from Indonesia was matched on 10th February for GV. The project will start on 16th May in Hawassa. The Invitation Letter was not sent in time by the LC and EP got it only on 13th May. He changed the tickets for the next week and paid extra $500 ($400 for the tickets and $100 for fast visa preparation). EP fee is $200. The outgoing side is considering the situation as an ICB case and asks the hosting LC for the full reimbursement ($700).
Question 2: Compile a two page report on the delivery of all Standards and Satisfaction for Global Volunteer. The report should report on all 4 LCs active in the last two exchange peaks (AAU, Unity, EiABC, SoC). One page of the report for oGV, one page for iGV.
