RISE Conference is a conference that brings together the youth in Ethiopia to foster a leadership mentality. The goal of this conference is to challenge the mindset of youth to become the best version of themselves by making them understand that growth and development of a person or society depends on a lot starting from personal and social awareness. The Main Objectives of this conference include the following; To assess the value of establishing a solution oriented mindset in Ethiopia among youths for evolving and implementing strategies for social development. To provide knowledge to improve personal and professional development. To impact youth with the mindset to Lead effectively through situations in and outside their comfort zones. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of the team that will be facilitating the fist ever RISE CONFERENCE 2018 with the support of the energetic MC Madness. FACI Profile • Previous AIESEC Experience: LCVP/LCP/NST/MC • Conference Experience: Previous FACI Experience(Preferred) • Positive and Encouraging attitude • Proficient in English • Knowledge: AIESEC 2020, AIESEC Way, AIESEC Experience, Customer Flow Understanding, Global direction Responsibilities • Conference delivery • Session creation and content delivery • Participate in all forms of FACI meetings before , during and after the conference • Ensure conference objectives Benefits • Accommodation is covered during pre-meeting, conference and post-meeting • Conference fee is covered • Transpiration from MC House to Venue is covered • Personal development and self discovery • Intense Teamwork experience
